How do I convince my mom to let me get mom piercings in my ears. I already have 2 on each side and I want at least 2 more. Any tips to get her to say yes.... Thanks

Maybe ask her how you can get her to say yes? Maybe you can get it done as a privilege for getting good grades or some kind of goal.

Well, it seems to me that two are enough, but you can do whatever you want I guess. I don't think you need to convince her of anything, as long as you're not living with her. Parents say that "as long as you live in my house, you do as I say" and many other variations, so that's a downfall. You could just tell her why you want your ears pierced again and give a logical explanation, if you put the effort to shed a positive light on your piercings, she may change her mind.

In an respectful way ask her why she is against more piercings. Let her know you will pay for them and she has no obligation to that if she is against them for monetary reasons. Let her know that you respect her views and try to express to her why you feel the need to put more piercings in your ears. Listen to her reasons and you may have second thoughts yourself about adding extra holes to your ears.

I just convinced my mom to let me get a cartiledge.
First just bring up the idea that you want another piercing. Tell her the store you want to get it at and the prices. Tell her that it is safe and they have an online site that demonstrates it (if they do.)
If she doesn't let you, keep trying to convice. But don't be pushy.

Ask her straight. If she say no then try the following.
Get a job and earn some cash. Maintain your grades and show how responsible you are.
When you can afford to pay for it yourself and have proved yourself deserving. Approach her again.

hmmm some parents just say no cuz they want to deny you of why u want...why doesnt she want you to get more piercings?? i mean if they're in your ears then its normal but if its any weird ones then i would understand her but its just ur ears

I had to wait until I moved out on my own , she flatly refused to let me get the 2nd ones

show her tht u are mature enough. and she will probably say yes. and help her out once in a while.

ask nicely and i guess.. nag her. worked for me!!!
