The other day I read a question on here about a guy who met a woman at a party and they had sex 5 times that night and now was dating her and some of his friends said she was easy and he shouldn't be. A few of the people who answered said he had raped her because she was drunk at the time. They said because she was drunk she couldn't make the choice of whether or not she could have sex. Personally I don't think this is rape. Now I know some guy will get a woman drunk or slip something in their drink so they can have sex with them and some guys will have sex with a woman who is so drunk she doesn't have a clue about what is going on. When something like that goes on I agree it is rape.

My wife and I are going through a divorce but it's the 1st stage. I was asked to vacate my home by Friday 5pm.=, because my wife lawyer said they have potentiasl buyers(Lie they just wanted me OUT) I have no money or anything. The only thing i can do is stay with friends. I'm not taking anything becuse the judge only gave me three days. I don't have the funds nor can I get an apartment. All I'm just taking r my clothes, however the pets are still in the house. i have no place for the pets. I do not want her taking them to a shelter. Their like family to us. It would hurt me to know that she gave them away. Can anything be done.

ok, look, my boyfriend just broke up with me yesterday. we were talking on the phone, and i was asking him questions and just kidding around. so i asked him a question about what he would do if a certain girl asked him out, i think that was it. anyway, i start going through a list of girls that i know. i get around to a girl who's my best friend, so i ask. there was a long pause, and i was just about to say "just kidding" when he said "f u" and then hung up.
a few seconds later, i get an IM from him. he said "we're through" and i was just like "well, i was just going to get on and say the same thing" because i actually was going to do that. then he says "fine" then i say "fine", then he says "fine bye" so i say "bye".

so i have 2 questions, what did i do, and what is his problem?

i just got a new dog 3 months ago. and she had an accident. and i didnt clean it up fast enough and my dad stated yelling at me and i was reading somthing and he ripped the paper outta my hand so i yelled at him back and then he hit me 2 times on my leg. it left a red mark. im only 15. would this be considered as child abuse? if i did call the number what would i need? should i call today when my dad is here or tomororw when im not in tears and when hes working? if my dad said i hit him but i didnt would they listen to him or would they listen to me? how does it all work!! help me please im in a bad situation.

I've been an ordained minister since I was 18. It's not something that I'm uber serious about but I have performed a couple of weddings with it. Any suggestions on how to do more non-secular weddings and quick-weddings (Vegas style) with it? I'd like to make a little extra money while I'm in college. Any advice would be appreciated. **** No fundy chastising though... I care not.

I told my boyfriend a couple of months ago that him looking at porn was disrespecting me and that it wasn't right because we were in a very physical + emotional relationship. He promised me that he would stop looking and it and "doing stuff" while looking at it.... but I found out today that he looks at it when I cant be physical with him.

Is looking at porn cheating?
What should I do? I feel very disrespected and like he is only after seeing a woman's anatomy.

We have been married almost 7 years. We have survived some major bumps in the road. I feel as if we have a really good connection..but it is so deep down and unatainable. We have spent so much time arguing over who's turn it is to talk and whatever else, the real problem is never even gets talked about. It's all about money, who's talking over who,whos fault is what, who does the most in the marriage and so on. It feels as if everything we say is completely opposite. I want to talk to him so bad and tell him what I feel, but it turns into him telling me why it's my fault and why he is the "victim". He tries to compete with everything I say and it is set in stone that he is right..always. Even through all of this we are crazy about each other and our kids. We def. need therapy but he would never go..and financially it is impossible. If this must be something we have to work at alone...just where do we begin? Please any advice? I feel as if I am about to give up and throw it all away...

well ever since me and the wife started talking again(after a loooooooooong time) she has been having me go to fruity little musicals that are supposed to "strengthen our marriage" I can't take it anymore, I swear to god if I see another gay guy prancing around in tights I am going to grab my pistol and shoot myself in the head!!! now I love my wife but I am not going to another musical, flat out!! three months ago I met this guy off an internet dating service and really hit it off right off the start, but then it seemed that he kinna pulled away from me and I wasn't sure if it was all in my head or if he really just wasn't into me or busy...he has two kids which he has thurs to sat afternoon and works in sales, so he's away alot anyways. I know he was married inthe past and 4 years ago his ex cheated on him. I kinna said to him that I didn't know if he was really into me and if he even had the time for me, but he said that he wanted to make time for me. I then went away on vacation for about three weeks after seeing him sporadically for a month and when I came back I noticed that he had been on the same internet dating service (he denied it at first) I basicaly told him that if he's interested in me that i just wasn't into seeing someone who had to chat with other women. We have really hit it off now, but I'm scared to get close and I sense that he is too...am I paranoid?

Just wondering what people thought of this as my friend and I were discussing this earlier. For instance if a woman just entered a relationship and was not having sex with the man right away, would she be comfortable giving or receiving oral instead? My friend said that she would, however, I said that if I was that intimate with someone, why not go ahead and have sex with them? To me, I'm not doing any of it with someone I do not care about. i have this guy friend who ive known for about 4 years, i like him. We went out once but it ended fast. Then he moved and the only way i really talk to him is instant messanger. He told me he never stoped liking me,and i like him too,but he would always get me upset and i would stop talking to him for a while and then i would start talking to him again(this has happened many times) but he never really tried to win me back when we werent talking. He never seems to want to talk to me. He never knows what to talk about...i dont know what to do...help?

I am 19 years old and I haven't had a bf. I've hooked up with people(its never led to sex though), but it seems to me thats all guys want from me. guys talk to me, lead me on, and then i come to find out they just wanted to get in my pants and they ditch me when we hook up. no guy has taken the time to get to know me or hang out with me without wanting to get physical. sometimes im afraid to open up emotionally to guys because they have hurt me so many times in the past.Im not trying to sound cocky, but I get told constantly that im hott as hell and beautiful so i know im not lacking in the looks department. im a great friend, i have girlfriends who will tell you im funny and just a great person. then why is it that guys dont see this? im not a bitchy girl, and sometimes i feel thats why i cant get a guy..it seems to me that the bitchy bossy ones are the girls who get the guy cuz he is usually smitten by her and they know how to "smooth talk" a guy. whats going on and what do i change?

What is the best way for someone to go about this? When there is a picture of you leaning back on someone so that you can get a picture taken.....but it was on your friends birthday at a club, and the person you were with ment nothing to you.
