I like kisses on the cheek, guys usually kiss me on the cheek first. My current boyfriend actually kissed ME first on our date and i thought I had been th one to kiss HIM. It still makes my heart flutter whenever i think about it :)

According to the movie Hitch (I use this because its good advice)
The man moves in 90% of the way and the woman should respond naturally to move in the other 10.
A kiss on the cheek is too timid for a first kiss and leaves a weak memory. First kiss should be on the mouth.
A woman who is getting frustrated by a guy not taking the hint can move close, part their lips a little and turn their head very slightly to the right and lower their gaze while maintaining eye contact. This is body language that any man should react to instinctively.

Maybe I'm just retarded. But all of my kisses have come from the other person first. Two of my first kisses were on the mouth but the one had really got me was the one that was on the cheek the first time. It meant more, had my heart racing. But that might have been because I possibly felt more for the person compared to the other two.

A kiss on the cheek is great, but you won't feel the passion in the realtionship until you have that first real kiss.
There is no rule as to say who should make the move to kiss first. Usually it is the guy, and I tend to like it that way. But if you happen to feel that the time is right and YOU want to make the first move, then go for it!

I got my first kiss at twelve. I kissed him. open mouthed wet kiss. he wasn't expecting it. we fellover backwards off the bench we we sitting on. He grabbed for me when we fell. Caught my left boob with his right hand. we landed on our backs on the ground. He was the clear winner . He got first kiss, first feel, and a good long close look up my dress,
I got a kiss, a bruise, and grass stains on my new white dress.
It was well worth all of it.
