I am getting married Dec. 28th at 5:00 in the evening. I would really like to have the church lights dimmed and run the lights along the aisle and maybe candles lit in the windows.I am afraid that it would be too dark and people would not be able to see how pretty the dresses are. Has anyone been to a wedding like this before? Please help!!!

My son is getting married. Do I wear any color or style that I want or do I need to somewhat match the color/style of the wedding party? Either is okay, I just don't know what is proper. And what does my husband, the father of the groom wear? A tux that matches? It is a formal evening wedding of about 100 people.

Here's the backstory:

I've been talking to this girl I started working with at my summer job alot (she's 2 years younger than,18). We seemed to have hit it off, she has talked about me to my guy friends there, I've talked about her, we talk whenever we see each other (on Friday for almost half an hour).

So Friday after that little convo, I ask her for her number and her plans for the weekend. I told her there wasn't any rush (I'm swamped by kids, it's a day camp), and she kind of frantically called my phone to make sure I got her number before I left.

Alright, so after her early morning college class on Saturday, I was to call her to see what's up, well.. her class lasts alot longer than expected, then she apparently says she's going to visit family in Ardmore (a PA city) with her immediate family. Which is cool, but then I message her later that night about Sunday, and she never gets back to me (around 9 pm ish?).

I have a fifteen year old brother named Kyle. He hangs around a group of kids that are no good. They smoke, skip school, sleep around and do God-knows-what. Kyle says he knows how to say no, but I'm his worried big sis. I'm afraid he might become one of them in the future. me and my friend have been getting real close, i started having a crush on him. He is funny,sweet and very romantic. The only thing i didnt like about him is the pervy comments he used to make like ' so do you think about me in the bathroom?' etc etc, and he knew i didnt like this. So one day when i met him he stopped doing it completely at first i thought ok this will be good but now... well am embaressed to say it but i am missing those comments he made. I guess its because when he said those things to me it made me feel wanted and desired not only in a romantic way but a sexual way to which was quite a turn on. okay well me and my boyfriend have been going out for a week and 3 days and ive only gotten to see him once and he seemed liek he liked me and everything when i saw him and before i saw him he called me like 3 times a day and now after i saw hiim i have to call him but that day i think he had a baseball game at 10 but still and now my friend thats friendsw/ hiim called me at 12:00 this morning and i was worried that he wanted to break up w/ me or sumthing? im very worried HELP!!!!

Well one of the parents from school was dropping all the kids off at my house, and at a certain part of the house, there was like a pond where cement is supposed to be and the pond was about 6 feet. And one of the girls at my school that I had been fighting with, (not physically) said that she was going out with a girl and she was telling me about her and stuff, and then she started hugging me and she wouldn't let go for like, i don't know about 3 minutes. Then after EVERYONE had left, there was this woman that was walking around my house and she had on a white dress and it was sorta fancy but not really, and you could not see her face AT ALL!!! all she had in front of her face was short black hair. I don't think that she was trying to hurt anyone, but she kept looking at me. What does this mean?

I have been split up with my ex for eight months now.....she moved to Indianapolis and I moved home to southwest Michigan....
I have the chance to go to Jacksonville, nc to have a new life.....my life here is at a complete stop...I got a job and laid off withing two months..I lost my car and I'm stuck....my ex thinks that I shouldn't go because of the strain that it would put on my relationship with my children....but, right now I have nothing here....I would be farther away from them but, I do have an opportunity for work and a better life....
I think that my ex might try to stop me from seeing my kids if I go.....my question is this....If I go...can she stop me from seeing my kids and if she does....is there anything that I can do about it....we aren't in the court at all so, what should I or could I do?

My mom has been to my Grandma's house three days in a row and she usually doesn't do this.I think it is just because I am there. A few days ago she made me go out with my brother for him to go to the eye doctor even though I didn't have to. Then a couple days ago she made me go to the doctors to get my stuffy nose looked at.It was just a cold. I had the same thing a few months ago and she didn't even care. I think its just because its summer and I am on free time. So finally my Grandma leaves the house today to go to church for a little while. My mom has been here 3 days in a row cleaning.And when she is cleaning I can never do anything. She makes everyone leave the rooms and when I go outside it's really hot or it's raining and its hard for me to stay out there long and do anything.So my mom comes over a 4th day!? My grandma isn't even here. So I ask her this Can you please leave? she pinches me really hard and yells at me really nasty and acts llike I am mean.She be mean for days

Okay. I absolutely cannot figure out what time of day my wedding will fit into. I am having an outdoor ceremony on june 21st (it will be rather hot here), with a reception to follow. The reception site is about 20 minutes away, and we will be taking photos after the ceremony. For the reception I am serving a large assortment of hor d'oevres, alcohol and cake. Foods will be somewhat heavy and will be served as food stations (thinking about doing each station with a different country theme (mexican, itailian, etc.). I am leaning towards evening to avoid the heat a bit, fiance is leaning towards midmorning. Thoughts?

Im really good friends with this guy i know through college!!we've also been working together for the past 4 months. Im single and he has a girlfriend of over 2 years!I've only ever met her once (cos he lives ina diff part of de country) and she's lovely.
U see the problem is I really like him,more than i've evr liked anybody else. we are both unbelievably honest with each other and he knows how i feel abt him. any time we go out he tries it on wit me and wants me to kiss him but i won't because of his gf. Then the next morning he always apoligises for his behavior. him and his gf recently broke up for a short time (nothing happened between me and him durin this) but through it all it was always me he turned to for a "sholder to cry on"!

Its just killin me knowing that i cant be with him!

He knows I like him and he also knows the only reason I wont kiss him is because he has a girlfriend!
