OK. Here's the situation. My husband and I just recently, like last year found out that a child he supposingly had with someone else wasn't even his. The child is now 17. Child support is still taking my husband's money. He went to child support with his proof of not being the father of this child. They told him that the mother of the child has to stop the case. The mother of this child told my husband more than once that she would, but she still hasn't. She just got a big lump sum of money from my husband's state income tax and she don't want to stop the case at all now. She wants to continue to collect money knowing that this child does not belong to my husband. What can be done legally to stop her? Do anybody have any suggestions? Oh, another thing, he barely even knows the child. The mother of this child kept the child away from him when she was little. My husband moved out of sate, so he still didn't get to see the child. He saw her when she was nine then again at age 15. HELP ME!

My partner moans about everything I do. He belittles me and everything I have taken an interest in. My 20yr old son died last year and instead of his patience and support he makes the depression im going through much worse. I am not allowed visitors, he moans about the cat my son left behind, he slags me off in the pub, moans constantly when I go on the computer and go out anywhere and constantly chips away at what little self esteem I have left. I didnt want to be on my own but is this worth staying for. My partner is a heavy drinker and all he cares about is where his next drink is coming from and I have spent a lot of money buying things for this house should I walk away and leave him everything or just cut my losses and start again. The only thing I can say in his defense is that he has never hit me but he is a verbally nasty man.

3 months ago my girlfriend told me someone left her a note in her car's windshields while she was at work telling her "You are beautiful, please call - his name and phone number". She told me she broke and discard the note inmediatly she found it.

But last week I found the note hidden in here room. She said that nothing ever happened, never even called the man.

I dumped her because I dont buy that, but she dont want to accept it is over now and keeps calling me and coming to my home constanlly, crying that shes telling me truth.

Any good relationship is built on trust and honesty and I think she's lying again when she refuse to admit that she calls that person. I don't care how bad the truth was, I'll get over it. Just don't LIE!!!

Also, I always was given her compliments and attention to made her feel special, so whats the point?

What do you think about it? please be honest...

Met this guy through my mom and he wanted me to come over to have some drinks with his friends,stayed for about 30 minutes, I went back to my moms and was suppose to stay the night with her and he offered I stay with him, I said I have to get my daughter from her fathers so i can't. he said bring her with you to my house. I never went back though and the next weekend I was with my daughter and saw him and he just smiled big and waved. What do you think this means?

my bf dumped me b/c he was unhappy. he was unhappy b/c i was disappointed in him b/c he was looking at other women (not clothed). i caught him doing this before, and told him i hated it, it was disrespectful and unfaithful. when a friend of mine found it when he was at my bfs house and they were messing around on his computer, i didnt believe my friend b/c i trusted my bf. my bf got mad at my friend, so i confronted my bf- when i asked if he was going to tell me, he said no. when i asked why he did it, he said he wanted to and didnt think i would find out. my boyfriend said he felt terrible about it, so i was willing to forgive him. but then he says "this relationship just isnt working, we arent a couple anymore" i went into shock. he did the "its not you its me" deal & wants to be friends
he lies, hides things, checks out other women, and i always give him a chance

can i be his friend after everything hes put me through? why didnt he give me a chance? why would he do this? help

Um this is really embrassing but what shuld I do?
I was alone in our office and no-one was there but me and I felt you know so I took off my shoes and put my feet on the desk and started massaging away at my u kno.

Anyway I didnt know my boss had returnd and she said xcusem me S------(my name) I shuldn't been doing that here and I have to see her in her office l8tr ?
OMG I'm so embarassed- she must ave seen everythng and today I not got knickers on.

I was previously married for 10 miserable years.
In my first marriage, my husband cheated many times with many different women, and usually only admitted it after being confronted. He had 3 children with 3 different women, I only discovered after we filed for divorce that all 3 of the kids were conceived during our marriage.
It has been 7 months since I remarried.
In the last 6 months my husband has compared me to his ex-fiance several times. They still work together daily.
Recently he's been going to work earlier then scheduled, and telling me he has "meetings" or events that he has to be at work early for. (Normally they schedule him as required for special events or "meetings", since they've been refusing overtime, and regulations allow only 9.5hrs/day)
He's also been coming home late, or when I call him for some information he's requested they say he's not working.
Am I being paranoid?
Even discussing it with him, he gets offended and angry that I even ask if he's cheating.

My brother is 16 and im 14 and he still hits me.. like smacks, pulls my hair, calls me names, comes in my room, teases me, spits on me, punches, takes my things, annoys me and more. Some times he does it for fun and other times when his mad and it really hurts when he smacks me. I dont think its normal for a brother to hit his sister? I cant stand up to him because he will hit me. Is this normal, i dont know because i lived like this for ages. He also annoys my parents like heaps and yeahh.. He is not on my case 24/7 but some days its worse then others and other days he does nothing. My mum says he will grow out of it but i dont think he will... can anybody help any sugestionss? plz help...

Its been a while since we interacted in bed; I work three jobs *mainly night shifts* to support our family. I just want to provide my children the life I never seen and it was my wife’s’ idea to make me work three jobs.

I barely get any sleep and I am always depressed & on anti depressants. My wife purchased a toy to satisfy her needs & I was fine with that because I can understand she is at her peak and I am always out doing night shifts.

But lately it has got too much for her; she expects me to work three jobs and work her thing day and night too. I am a human not a machine, I am tired as anything when I get back from work. Now she is seeking and fulfilling her desire outside and has filed for a divorce.

She filed for it on the grounds that I can not satisfy her needs in bed and not a man anymore. I am shocked and devastated, I am turning to alcohol to beat my depression.

My boyfriend of over a year recently saw my sister at a party that my family was hosting. He's met my sister before, but he never gave her a second glance.

The day of the party, he said that he thought she was hot and ever since then, I've been worried that he might try something with her, regardless of his reassurances that he wouldn't do anything with her in the first place.

I even had a dream where I had died and I saw him with her immediately after the funeral, all touchy feely and there was no sign of remorse from him at all.

I've only been dating this guy for about 2 or 3 weeks and he smokes pot.
Honestly I don't really care whether he smokes or not, but whenever we're hanging out with friends he always shoves the stuff into my face and tries to get me to smoke with him. He even tells his friends to encourage me.
I can't understand why he should care that I don't smoke when I don't care that he does.
I've already spoken to him about how I don't like it when he tries to get me to smoke with him, but he just replies, "Then join me already."
Should I just drop this relationship while I'm still unattached??

This might go on a while, so i appologise before hand lol.

My mam started a huge arguement last friday saying that i'm spoilt and i don't do enough help around the house, and that i give and not take, it sounds like im making easy excuses for my self, but if i'm spoilt its my parents fault for giving me money, getting me what i want and then letting me get away with doing F*** all to help in the house.

I'm more than willing to help and do stuff, but they don;t give me anything to do, they just expect that i do things, then when nothings done i get told off. After every argument like this, i tell my mam i would like a timetable so to say, with lists of jobs for me to do, wot days and what time etc, but shes never made one.

she is really strict and overprotective and we argue alot, she doesnt see things from my point of view. I'm 17, but i feel more like a 10 year old, i'm not allowed out much, my mam makes all my descisions for me, its like im not allowed my own opinion...
