My boyfriend of over a year recently saw my sister at a party that my family was hosting. He's met my sister before, but he never gave her a second glance.

The day of the party, he said that he thought she was hot and ever since then, I've been worried that he might try something with her, regardless of his reassurances that he wouldn't do anything with her in the first place.

I even had a dream where I had died and I saw him with her immediately after the funeral, all touchy feely and there was no sign of remorse from him at all.

most sisters look similar (family traits and all), so of course if he thinks you are hot, he will probably think she is hot too. unless he has any kind of history of cheating, I wouldn't worry about it too much. He's just a guy. He noticed that a girl was hot, he commented out loud. It happens all the time. If he's seen her before and not done anything, why would he now? You need to find out why you are being so insecure. Would you react the same if he said some girl on the street is hot? There's some kind of deeper issues here.

This is a sign of your insecurity. Don't keep on about it to him or you will drive him away. I don't expect he has given your sister another thought since the party, but you keeping on about it will remind him how hot he thought she was. You are almost encouraging him to think about her. He has been your boyfriend for over a year, so does that not show you that he wants to be with you and loves you. Put that silly dream out of your mind and get on with loving your man.

Yeah I wouldn't worry too much

about her, I mean really it is your

sister, I am pretty sure they are close,

but not like that. You two have been at it

for a year now, and I think

you should know him a little better.

Don't let your insecurity overcome

your life, you have already had dreams

about it. Calm down and relax,

the last thing you probably want

to be is "that jealous girlfriend".

Guys are not fond of that stuff,

and will seek someone else

if you keep bringing it up.

Hope this helps!

Thank You!

Someone's feeling insecure, perhaps even a little jealous.

Honestly, inlase he's a creep which I tend to doubt as you're still with him after a year he's not going to do anything with her. If you would like the best thing you can do is talk it over with your sister so that she knows to not flirt with him as well.

I dont think you should dwell on this it may just have been a passing comment but i would keep an eye on your boyfriend around your sister The more important thing to think about is can you trust your sister?

You should be worried that you feel insecure in the relationship. This doesn't mean he would cheat, but it means you don't feel he wouldn't. It would have been more sensitive to say she was pretty. Hot is a sexually charged word.

oh my goodness that dream really got to you did'nt it ? it was just a dream dear . I think you should keep an eye on him though cause if my b/f said my sister was hot I would have been p----ed off at him and told him not to even think about it. good luck .

Stop worrying about it. Talk to your sister; ask her to keep a good distance with him. I think that'll take care of your concern to a good extent.

Im sure you dont have anything to worry about. he was meerly pointing out he thought she was pretty. If you are that worried about it what does that say about you trusting him?
