So let me give you a little background. My Fiance and I live together with my daughter, and last xmas his family came b/c they knew he was going to purpose. His sister, bil, and new baby stayed at our house, and his mom and step-dad stayed at my future sil's. I was feeding 11-13 people. Everyone was in my house, eating, and causing messes and whatnot, and nobody helped me do the dishes or pick the house up except my fiance. His sister, bil, and neice had asked to stay with us (which is not a problem in my book. They are both in the wedding, and it would be fine with me.) I told my fiance that I was worried, that the week of the wedding, I was going to be picking up after them, and told him, I was concerned about that, since so many people are coming, and going to want to see our house, I would like it to be presentable. He backed me up 100%, and she said she understood, until yesterday. Now she is getting a motel, and bitching to his whole family. Am I being a bridezilla, was it ok?

he comes from a very abusive home. Although he and my daughter broke up, we still continued to help him. I grew to love this kid like he was my own son, and he started to make tremendous steps. I got him back in school, we got him out of his house, to his grandmothers, etc. Then his mother came back into the scene, and made all these false promises. Now he won't speak to us. He is in the process of getting a tatoo that his mom is going to pay for, even though he is 16. And of course I found out she has been getting drunk with him. She has a big drinking problem so she is going to drag her son down the tube with her. What should I do?

I have a soon to be six year old son. His biological father is a drug addict who has not been in his life since my son was about 20 months old. I have been with my boyfriend now for four years and he is the only father my son has known. He thinks my boyfriend now is his father. He even refers to my boyfriend as dad. My boyfriend has helped me raise him and treats him as his own since day one. I just need help with telling my son the truth. I don't know when or even how. I feel so guilty. I know my boyfriend loves my son like his own but I just don't want my son to think his life is a big lie. I would like to straighten everything out with him, but I just want to do it the right way so he is not upset or traumatized. please help me figure this out.

I am a 25 year old guy who i think someware along the line lost interest in love. I think i just thought "I cant possibly get a girlfriend" and mentally shut out that possibility.

Around 23 I worked with some females that opened me up to that possibility that i could be boyfriend material. I spoke to a female friend recently that said "I think your not getting any girls because your not showing interest". Any thoughts or ideas on this would be handy.

Also I dont have feelings for guys or anything, I still feel attracted to females but yeah?

I have a BF of 8 yrs. We had a home together, and earlier this year, he decided he wanted to own the home w/out me. So, after the buyout, I decided to move...becasue he stopped telling me he loves me, and treating me not very nice. He was bitter I moved out, thought he'd have his cake & ice cream. We are now getting a long really well, he is treating me really good. He asked if I wanted to move back. Now I would be a renter in his home..not sure about that.plus he won't tell me where we stand..but I miss being w/him..But would also like a home I can call mine. What should I do?? A guy friend of mine and I are having this discussion right now. He thinks the female body is inherently more beautiful to look at, (I disagree b/c I’m a girl and I think guys are) and because guys are visually stimulated, society is ok with marketing the female body to sell and advertise things. He says that for that reason men shouldn’t be judged if they look at porn because society has geared them to want to see nudity and sex. I was just wondering what everyone else thought of this theory. By the way, I am not saying I have anything against people who look at porn I just wanted to know if this reason was enough to justify doing it.

A friend of mine got married last week. She had asked for gift vouchers for a certain shop. As we live no where near the shop/branch I didn't get any! However, she is really very comfortably off and has a beautifully furnished and decorated home. I thought it might be nice if I do a beautiful wedding sampler for her, in the colours of the bridesmaids dresses, and personalise it with their names and date of the wedding. I'm thinking of having it nicely framed too.

last week today i was leaving a party and just waiting with my friends and the guy i like came up and we started talking about our summers and he said he was going to a month long camp and he was saying how he would miss everyone(he said it while looking at me) and he asked for everyones number so he could check in and stuff, right when i was going to put my number my mom came to pick me up, and since we had to go somewhere right away i didnt get the time to put my number, when we were driving away he just kept looking at me holding up his phone looking confused(i learned later he asked my friend, and got my number.) anyway he called me an hour ago and left a message saying hi and wondering how i was doing and what i was up too i talked to my friend and she said he called her too, but just said "hi call me later"

My ex is continuing to call me as I write this. He is drinking and leaving some very mean voicemails. He leaves messages on my phone that are really mean and degrading. I am wondering why I take him back over and over again? I think one of my main reasons is because if I do not cater to him I worry he will call his ex and go out to the bar with her as he has done so in the past. I am wondering why I put so much focus on what he does?
