What is the Roman Catholic Church stand in case of divorces and how can an annullment be obtained? Is the spouce from the previous marriage still considered wedded despite the divorce from the Indian courts?

Last night I went out, for the first time with a guy I have been aquainted with for over a year now, and we were drinking... I ended up kissing him. That's not the worst part, the worst part involves my best friend who was also there and she happened to mention that I hadn't had any "_" in over a year... and seeing that we were at my house she asked to borrow one of my "movies"... right in front of him. There was some silliness on my part, I wore a mini skirt, I got mad at him (because when I kissed him he told me that I was only revving him up for another female since I wouldn't give in) and then I told him that I didn't care if he screwed around with another woman because he and I aren't together, but I didn't really mean it (if he can screw around then what does he want with me?), my best friend tried to interpret for me, which only made me more angry...
I like this guy, but I think last night seriously messed me up.

she went out with another younger man than her and me there in Germany and I am 4500 km far from her.. cheated on me and our two and half years old relationship, and made the new year turning to 2007 hell.. for me I even tried to kill my self but did not sucsseed, later on I found out that she even got pregnant from that guy and lost the baby fixed a loop and found out that she loves me really.. as per her statement. we are back because I love her.. but I can't trust her, the other guy is still communicating with her there in Germany.. although she told him that she loves me and as per her words he expressed his love to her.. and wanting to meet her.. shoud I go on with this relationship of let it go?

After being with my partner for 6 years now, I feel sick at the thought that our relationship might be coming to an end. 9 months ago I was made redundant, I have struggled to get work as I'm over qualified for store work etc, and there is a shortage of IT jobs where I live. We have accrued lots of debt and she is very depressed. I've tried talking to her but she doesnt want to discuss anything. If I try to put my hand on her or hold her hand, she subtly moves it, but she's moving it non the less. We haven't made love for months, and she no longer replies when I say "I love you". I'm preparing myself inside for the split, what else can I do? Am I over-reacting?

I have this online friend and we've grown attached with each other. He shares his problems with me and I help him out. I also share my probs with him and he helps me out. One time I got depressed, he actually stayed up very late just to brighten up my day. He said that he is always there for me when I need him. And he also hopes that we would meet someday. He is also longing for love as he is desperately finding for a GF. I told him that he is like a brother to me. Well, is he treating me like a sister or more than that? When I asked him if he has already found the girl, he simple said no. Or did he just lie? I'm starting to have feelings for him, btw. He is 4 years older than me. What do you think????? I need your opinion.

We dated for four years and I took the break up really bad. It took me about a year and a half to gain back my confidence and sensibility. Last time we had contact I told her that I had still had strong feelings for her and she was comforting. Now that I have moved on I hate the fact that she thinks I still love her. Will it do any justice to tell her that I have moved on, or I don't think of her the same way I used to. There is this guy i like and sometimes moments we get along good like spending whole day together watchin movie,making out a lil bit, ^_^
But then HE has some moments when he acts strange like, doesnt call me, always pretend to be a busy man or pretend to be something he s quiet not, or putting me in akward situations so then i ignore him too THEN he becomes kinda mad why i am acting shady auff drama..
