I live in singapore and my boyfriend lives in Canada. I want to send him a cake a day before his birthday. And he'll get his gift on the night of his birthday. Is there an online site in canada that i can look up to send the cake?

"indiatimes" web site has links where they take orders on line, and deliver all sorts of gifts (including cakes and flowers), to addressees in selected cities : they may lead to links similar to that, for use of that facility abroad. I have personally arranged delivery of flowers to a friend in Seattle, by placing order on the net on some occasions in the past: but, that was when I could pay in the USA! You might be able to do that from Singapore, if you can locate associates with business connections in Canada (or USA)! It may be possible in a place like Mumbai or Delhi, in India, these days! It is worthwhile, spending some time surfing through e-shopping sites, when you have the time!

You are a little late in arranging this, as most bakeries request a minimum of 48 hours in order to bake and decorate a birthday cake. You may be able to contact a local Calgary bakery that offers delivery service and have them ship a cake to your friends house using your credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD), but even that does not usually have same day service. It is 3PM in Calgary as I write this message to you. If you want a cake for tomorrow, my advice is to place a few long distance calls and actually phone the bakery / pastry shop to tell them what you want done. If you don't handle this in the next two hours, they will likely be closed and you will not get delivery on his birthday. Just look at the ads below and find one that delivers in the area where he lives. The Amandine Bakery looks okay. So does EatCake.Ca but you found them no good or too expensive. Another option is to find the local Sobey's supermarket in his area and get a cake from them. They should be able to deliver a cake that is ordered from their in-store bakery. They deliver groceries. By the way, you can expect to pay about CAD$20 for a basic cake. For something fancy or more decadent, expect as much as CAD$45 plus taxes and delivery charges.
