I have questions regarding the whole thing. We were together for 6 years and he gave me the promise ring within our first year. After we broke up I decided to give it back. I tried to give him the promise ring back and he wouldn't take it back. He kept saying that it was mine because he gave it to me and he wants me to have it. We haven't been together for a while now and I just have it. I don't know what to do with it because we are not together anymore. What does one do with an old promise ring?

my friend is unmarried, but in his office profile he has given as a married men,and now he is invited by his higher authority for annual office party with his wife. so he has suggested me to go with him as his wife in the party i am a guy.

I'm getting married in November and I have a stepfather and obviously a biological one. To avoid complications I chose my nine year old son to walk me down the aisle. My real father hasn't always been there for me, he's more a friend than a dad. I didn't choose my stepdad because I didn't want to hurt my real dad's feelings. It didn't work. Today my real dad found out that I want my son to walk me down the aisle and he's pretty upset. Am I wrong? I mean I could understand where he's coming from, I am his only daughter but at the same time he was nowhere near the father he should have been. Problem is, is that he doesn't realize that he wasn't a great father.

She said she talks about serious stuffs (she tells me that she is talking with X so i know that she is)

Those guys are not even friends or anything just people she met in chat rooms (i trust her but not the guys intentions)

But i'm a bit angry by the facts that I am far away from her at the moment and that I only get to meet her 1 to 3h a day on msn when she is at her parents place (4 days in the week).

I always close all other chats when she is on.

Maybe im just jealous :(

My husband works from 6am-8pm sometimes longer. I know that we CAN NOT afford a babysitter because we can't even pay most of our bills. We have no one to watch my son who is 2 yrs old. plus school is letting out for the summer in about two days. I have 3 kids in school. What can I do? HELP! We have bills to pay. And even a student loan.

What is a typical relationship like after about 5 months? Meaning, is this the point when people start to take it for granted. Get tired of each other or not wanting to spend every second together? im a foster child longing to go home. my brother is what caused me to get pulled out of my home but he is now gone. another reason why im with another family is to finish school and get my license cause i cant get them back home. there is nothing in the world that i want more than to be with my family again. what should i do? go home and drop out of school or finish all this up and be away from them for a few more years?

I have no friends and I don't really know why. Im shy but when talked to always speak my mind and usually polite and listen to their conversation. I usually don't talk to people unless I know they wont get annoyed just by my mere site of me. I also I dont have low self esteem I think very highly of myself. Hey Everyone,my hubby and I are married for 5 years. He is in the military and has been through many deployments before he met me. In 10/06 he deployed to Iraq. I had a bad feeling about it but my hubby kept reassuring me that everything would be fine. He was just home on R&R, left yesterday. Before he left he told me there was something he wanted to tell me. He said he is dreaming about getting shot. He said he had this dream already before he deployed, but it was just a blurry vision. He said since he is in Iraq he has this dream every night and the pictures become clearer every night. I tried to reassure him that everything will be fine and he will be back soon but he just smiled at me and said he wont come back. I was shocked. I know he had some pretty close calls within the last months but I didnt expect him to say that. He said he didnt wanted to worry me but thats how he feels. Iam so scared, all I am thinking about is what he told me. I dont know what to do, can someone help me
