Ok so i have a friend and our relationship is like a lightswitch we are friends then were not friends then were not it happens all the time her name is Anna and basically the reasons we arent friends are stupid and not even bad and she takes stuff to seriously oh and you know i really dont know what to do shes really nice and i still wanna be her friend is there anyway to still be her friend and not let this happen!

Talk to her, lay down some ground rules, make sure you two understand each other and what you like/ don't like so that you won't hurt each other's feelings.

If you want to still be friends then, make an effort. Go do something, go hang out with her or whatever.
Lightswitch or whatever, I say so long as the lightswitch never stops switching then you two will be fine.
Me and my best friend argue over the stupidest things but we don't stop caring. This may not be important but she's half my height. Everytime we talk I look stright down and she looks straight up, you have no idea how annoying it can be or how god damn weird we look!!!, but we accept it, its how we are, no matter how or what we try, she will never be anywhere near my height and we will never stop arguing.
If you have lost interest and no longer care as much then let it go. There's no need for you to hold on.
But if you want to be friends, then accept things, so long as she don't mean to hurt or insult you then you two can be really good pals.

well..for one, that was extremely difficult to understand...and two, thats just stupid high school stuff. It happens. If you really want to stay friends with her, thats your decision. Honestly, I would not want to be friends with someone that treated me that way. Let her know that you won't take crap from her, but at the same time, be nice to her. Don't get too close to her, but still talk to her. I don't really know what to tell ya.
