instead of wearing bum down look....you've taken the time to put yourself together with a nice outfit, shoes, accessories, hair, makeup...You look Put Together......not falling apart* Tis a compliment*:)

It means all your 'stuff' looks good on you. Your hair looks right, your clothes , shoes and if you're a female, your accessories all go well together. Nothing is missing. Anyway, that's what I mean when I say it.

That you look good, maybe that you have taken time to make sure you look good also such as make-up choosing the outfit to match and so on all and all it means you look well presentable
