that she was not ready to have a boyfriend or any relationship....I kept following her and kept her company for several months...Finally, she agreed to go out with me...Then we made out but no sex...Recently she found out that I had a girl friend and she ignored me....I told her that I broke up with my girlfriend arealdy and insisted her to come back to me....She agreed....The problem is: she is not spending time with me as much as before...And she only responds to me only when I insist her....How can I gets her back to a normal relationship?

Friday is my 1st wedding anniversary (although we've been together for over 4 years). I have the day off work - but obligations starting early saturday, so going out of town is out of the question, but we have a friend staying at our place (so we're not alone). What is appropriate for a 1st anniversary? Just dinner? My husband said he will do "whatever I want" and I am at a loss. HELP PLEASE!

my wife of 20 years treat me like dirt i am good to her i cook clean do the laundry go to the store . buy her stuff animals,flowers,clothes i do all this and all i ask is that she love me back she spends most of her time on the computer and out with her friends and when i ask if i can go with her she she saids no and if i surggust a romantic nite together where she where she goes out buys me somethings romantic or do something romantic for me or just surprize me she never have the money or time it,s somthing always more important then my needs or wants i also whish that she wouldn,t fuss at me in public or yell so the whole house and block could hear.

Hope somebody can help me here. I moved in with my girlfriend 3 years ago. She was my high school sweetheart so I know she was the one for me. We had discussed our future several times before and the only thing that was missing was to get married. Last month I decided that it was time to set a date so I told her that we should go and pick up a ring and set a wedding date. She was so happy when we picked up a beutiful ring, but know she is alway complaining about how she never got a real proposal.

I did not know how important that moment was for gals so I really screwed up. She is wearing the ring now and we will get married later this year, but I feel so guilty, and I really want to make things right.

Any idea how I can fix this? I am not the most romantic guy in the world, c'mon girls, what can I do to fix this mess??

We're seperating and I left a bunch of stuff at our old apartment, which he is staying in.

He went through my stuff while I was not there, and found a journal from 8 years ago and 3 years into my marriage. I met an old boyfriend to tie up a loose end - we had broken up long before my marriage, but I went back to apologize for getting involved with him while he was married. I was having a lot of dreams about him at the time and was very emotional about the whole thing. Anyway I was young and foolish and although in my mind and in the journal I had romantic thoughts, in real life I only wanted to make amends as a friend and for spiritual reasons.
My husband claims I lied to him and says he does not believe I've never cheated on him. (I haven't.) He claims that as my husband he had every right to read my journal and that I betrayed him by what I did.

What do you think?

I like this girl, she is everything i look for. She likes the same things i like, she comes from the same town that i do, i like to be around her and she seems to feel the same. Only thing is, she is Single and i am married (unhapply). my wife just wants to sit at home and do nothing. this girl wants to go everywhere with me, another thing is she is like my 3rd cousin by marriage, what to do ? The judge in my divorce case (in Galveston County, Texas) has ordered that we come to an agreement or attend mediation before a certain date. I don't have an attorney, and I have no money (I have filed a response and a counter petition, though). Anyway, the court paperwork says failure to attend mediation and come to an agreement will result in the case being dropped. My wife is trying to bleed me for money, even though I am penniless.

So I guess my question is, If I don't attend the court ordered mediation (since I can't afford it), will anything bad happen (other than the case being thrown out)?

I'm confused by the difference of a friendship and a platonic relationship. By sifting through questions/answers online and at Yahoo! Answers, it seems that people define a platonic relationship as people of the opposite sex who have emotions for one another but don't kiss, cuddle, or have sex. True or not true?

From what I gather, it seems to me that a platonic relationship is simply a friendship. Just two different words. PotatOe PotAtoe.

Maybe y'all can help me define the two better if they are in fact different and show me the subtle differences.

Why is it that looking at a belt or even handling it, a belt doesn't seem fearsome. I mean, it even seems flexible and all. Not unlike a belt I wear.
But when THE BELT is whacking my backside, I sure feel a terrific sting "back there". True, I survive quite well, but I'm not anxious for a repeat for a few weeks at least!
How can something so flexible hurt so much?

I am working at a contract position right now. The company is moving their headquarters at the end of September. They want me to stay until then and are offering me a bonus to stay.

I am looking for a permanent job because then I will have benefits through the company. I am currently paying for COBRA benefits which are expensive.

My ex-husband has asked me to come and stay with my child in another state. He moved due to job reasons and wants me to stay in his house with the child for 2 more years until she graduates. She is living alone with her grandmother taking care of her now.

My parents are pushing me to stay here in the state where I live and not worry about my child. I am in a constant of worry for my daughter and its affecting my health.

What should I do? I want my priorities to be set right and do what is right...

Doesn't my MIL realize my husband and I will be the ones to take care or her and her husband one day? lol You'd think that would be enough for her to at least be genuinely nice to me. She's very nice to my face but behind my back...O lord that woman can be evil! (yes I'm venting!) She has 3 grandchildren (our kids) that would love to be taken to get ice cream or to the mall, park, ect! (We live w/in 2 blocks of one another) She thinks it's a burden she watches them one hour a day until we get home from work! Ok....any magic potion out there I can put in her tea to make this woman behave????

Any tips from you wise women would be appreciated!!!!
