I honestly have no idea because I don't think I will ever kiss one of my cousins in the way I think you are talking about!

hm. Um. Hard to say because I'd never do something that WT, but let me take a stab at an answer:
I wouldn't do it again. And I'd be really embarassed. Mortified, even. I might even promise to stick to the %99.9999999 percent of boys in the world that weren't related to me, for my kissing needs.

There would not be much you could do after the fact and it would depend on how close cousins. If you were a distant cousin i would not wory about it. You will survive this.
