I cant get ....to much at least three times a day is that to much to ask for ......I love everthing about it tuching , holding, kissing, mmmmm ........what is my problem I'm 32

could be a problem. Go to the doctor and ask them. Hormones at age 32 are not normally raging for three times per day. Are you married?
If you do not have a girlfriend/boyfriend then you are just horny and that is normal. Also, anti-depressant medication or other certain medications can stimulate your sex drive hormones.
Without any other details I would go to the doctor and find the right answer. I have went from wanting none, to wanting it all day long, to 3 times per day, all over the place. I take medications that affect my hormones. I have pleased myself when the sex drive is very high a few times per day and then just once with my partner.

You can touch kiss as much as you want but three times a day is alot. I'm pretty sure you need to give your girl a break. The romantic part of sex is erased if you do it s often. Take breaks, like go one week without it. It will make your desire a lot more exciting and it will make it a special thing you can share with our partner.

no problem really just a very strong sexual appetite and if your partner is o.k. with 3 times a day go for it if not then try to compromise to something you both are happy with or at least can live with most people only have sex around 3 times a week but more power to you as long as your both happy with it
