Don't do his laundry. He's old enough to do it himself.
Furthermore, he should be cleaning his own room.

well first off are you a stay at home mom?if so i would think washing the kids clothes shouldn't be a problem but at 15 he can clean his own room and i am sure he would prefer to then have you or dad in there,if you work outside the home i say anyone with the time needs to run the washer its a 3 way split on chores.

Well first you gotta ask yourself the question if you had a 15 yr old daughter would she be cleaning her own clothes by now. OFCOURSE he should be cleaning his room and clothes by now it's gonna be 3 more years till he is out of the house don't you need to start preparing him for adulthood if you can get a job you can clean up after yourself. I understand boys are harder to train on this and you might need to help him some of the time which is just part of it but honestly my son is 4 and he has to clean up his room don't get me wrong I help him most the time but later on in life I know he won't depend on anybody. Hate to put it this way but think of his future wife/girlfriend you want to raise a man who depends on a woman or a man who is capable of taking care of himself.

Yes I think you should for now. He is old enough to clean up aftrer himself, and clean his room. The smart thing would be to teach him how to sort and do his own laundry, and save you from having to do it. Maybe show him for a week or so, then let him have at it. Explain why sorting is important, and how to spot clean. He is old enough to learn to do it himself.

He's not at a hotel! Next time he comes show him where everything he needs to wash his clothes is and leave him to it.He's too old for you to even be collecting his dirty clothes!!!!If for some odd reason he doesn't know how, show him.

Teach that kid how to use the washer and dryer, vacuum, and make his bed. He should have been learning the basics of housework starting at 2 or 3 (picking up toys etc).

He's definitely old enough to do his own chores. Unless he's a really busy hardworking kid with no time I see no reason why you should be doing his laundry.
