Personality is important, but just what really is a "good personality"? What is most important is that you are truly honest, generous, caring, patient, respectful and admirable in your behavior towards all others. Such attributes are among those that are truly attractive to others. Ask yourself what you find most attractive in a man, and I think you'll come up with at least the same list. Many people display an outward "personality" that is quite attractive, but are actually rotten on the inside. If such a person attracts a mate through such deception, the mate will eventually learn the truth and both people will get hurt. However, if you are genuine in your upstanding behavior, your true love will eagerly find you regardless of your appearance! Its what's inside that counts!

I think most guys look for a good personality before anything. Some only want one thing ofcourse but the real guys that actually want something in life look at the way the girl is in stead of looks.

Hell yeah, sexual appeal is still good. It has to be at least a balance of the two honestly. Us guys always seem to get **** for any small issue with a girl's looks. Sometimes its easier to go ahead and pick the dumb, hot *****.
For the long runs though, personality is everthing.

but a descent gentlemen is always looking for some one who has a head on their shoulder. they looking
for some one who has a heart, someone with
honer and dignity, and most important some one
with CLASS.
because they know they can find a slot,some one
who puts out very easily, any time that they want.
guys like to go after girls who are sweet, mysterious and also some one with understanding and compassion

As far as guys liking girls... This is a pretty brutally honest answer.
Looks are almost all that is important to spark the initial interest.
Personality is what keeps a relationship interesting for the long run.

if you are asking about bad guys that intend to spend a hot time with girls ,for sure ,such guys look only on the girls body. But if you want serious relationship with a guy you have to be sure that he appreciates you and your good personality.

Personality is of utmost importance. I value intelligence over looks any day, but I think that is a quality of intelligent people, to be able to look past superficial things.
