My ex husband's brother's ex-wife is all the time calling me a stupid ***** on here and more. If I block her, she'll just come up with a new name and start all over again. Any ideas?

I ask this because my Mam had a nasty shock this evening. My Mam and Dad have had a joint savings account for over 30 years since they got married, although Mam's name is on the account, Dad keeps the bank books and treats it like his own rather than 'theirs'. Mam has always had to ask 'permission' to use it before she could spend any of it and because of this, she never does.

Anyway, this evening, she decides to go looking for the bank book that Dad hides. She found 2 bank books. The joint account and also a brand new account that Dad opened in January.
What shocked her was that he has removed the £13,000 savings from the joint account and put it in this new personal account he opened leaving only a few hundred in the joint account.

Mam would still not know anything about this if she hadn't looked for the bank book tonight.

Is Dad allowed to remove a large amount of money from their joint account without Mams permission also? She's really upset.

We been together for 5 years or so and we got married thigns were fine etc.
well things went down hill and down and down, now weve been living apart since november 2006.
he doesnt want a divorce, but I dont love him anymore, and I tried to make it work with him a few weeks ago but he treated me so bad.
I really cant afford a divorce so Ill have to wait....

But I dont understand why he calls me everydya like 100 times a day, I mean were living 100 miles apart. Why wont he move on? Im sick of the harrasment
Id hate to get the police involved Ive had enough of that.

He ask me to sign devorce paper,and a clean break ( mean we are not goin to sue each other ) I had just sign both.Then he told me that he don't want to devorce now and he will not post it off to the judge but give our married a chance and see how it go becuase he stil love me.My question is '' I have just sign most stupid thing I have ever done and we still living together is that mean I just carried on paid the mortgage and bills ( both in his name ) after I alredy know that I will not receive anything ? Or take a risk and hope that we are going to be happy forever ? i have friend who broke up with someone but has trouble moving on. It has been 4 months since break-up and she can't stop thinking about him (she is 16 yrs old) and keeps thinking its her fault ( it wasn't). My only advice was to go with out someone else and they will treat her better and she will forget assuming she gave time but someone asked her out and it has been only 2 days and she worries it won't go well cause of feeling toward the ex (she tries to ignore new bf) so yea my advice won't work. The boy she went with was a very nice,caring person but later changed to a druggy, show-off, idiot (i know b/c he and i were friends until i became a friend an enemy of his which i never knew until later). What can i do or say to her to help her move cause she is doing poorly in life which i'm starting to worry and going out back with him is not an option (he already moved, likes a girl, and all his friends hate her)?

Hi im from Sydney and need advice of family law. I left my ex partner (my daughters father) 1 and a half years ago he hasnt yet taken me to court but is threatening too. I don't want him to see her and i no that proberly sounds selfish but i was with him for almost 2years and during that time he threated my life and the life of our unborn child. Before she was born i had knifes held to my throat beer poured all over me things thrown at me been told i was worthless and everyother name he could think of. After she was born i had been head butt whilst breastfeeding her, strangled to the point of blacking out. I told the police and he threated to kidnap her if he went 2 gaol. I got out of the relationship with help from family and friends and he was having visits with our daughter at my mums and later by himself i stopped those vists because his girlfriend told me he was planning to take from me. He hasnt paid child support since we broke up what are the chances that he wil get visitations

my husband and i fight a lot about what is says is my problem with "just letting things go". what i cant get him to understand is that i dont feel that the problem was ever resolved. for example...his mother has a tendency to discuss personal matters with him without me being present. i have asked him many times to nicely tell his mother that the conversation needs to be continued when his wife is present. more specifically she will be discussing our finances or how we raise our child. i then ask him why he continues to allow his mother to have these conversations with him without me there, and he blows up at me. how do i fix this huge problem?

I'm living in a really great apartment with a cool roommate. My boyfriend is searching for a place to live and I think after a year of dating we're ready to move in together. I don't want to leave my apartment and neither does my roommate. However, if I leave and find a place with my bf, then my roommate will have to leave the apartment as he most likely wouldn't be able to pay rent on a 2bd apartment.
