I know my boyfriend thinks lingerie is sexy but I never know how to properly wear it. Should I just have it on when he come home from work? Or when he gets out of the shower? It's not something I always wear under my clothes so I don't know how to wear it; or when it's a good time to put it on...?

Those Born 1930-1979
READ TO THE BOTTOM FOR QUOTE OF THE MONTH BY JAY LENO. IF YOU DON'T READ ANYTHING ELSE---VERY WELL STATED

TO ALL THE KIDS WHO SURVIVED the 1930's, 40's, 50's, 60's and 70's!!

First, we survived being born to mothers who smoked and/or drank while they were pregnant.

They took aspirin, ate blue cheese dressing, tuna from a can, and didn't get tested for diabetes.

Then after that trauma, we were put to sleep on our tummies in baby cribs covered with bright colored lead-based paints.

We had no childproof lids on medicine bottles, doors or cabinets and when we rode our bikes, we had no helmets, not to mention, the risks we took hitchhiking.

As infants & children, we would ride in cars with no car seats, booster seats, seat belts or air bags.

Riding in the back of a pick up on a warm day was always a special treat.

We drank water from the garden hose and NOT from a bottle.

We shared one soft drink with four friends, from one bottle and NO ONE actually died from this.

We ate cupcakes, white bread and real butter and drank Kool-aid made with sugar, but we weren't overweight because,
WE WERE ALWAYS OUTSIDE PLAYING!

We would leave home in the morning and play all day, as long as we were back when the streetlights came on.

We played...tag your it, Indians & Cowboys. The Indians always lost the battle. Snow ball fights....who could hit a moving car with a snow ball and run like heck without being caught.

No one was able to reach us all day. And we were O.K.

We would spend hours building our go-carts out of scraps and then ride down the hill, only to find out we forgot the brakes. After running into the bushes a few times, we learned to solve the problem.
We didn't rush to the emergency room for a scrap on the knee, or bashing our heads into something that got in the way.

We did not have Playstations, Nintendos,
X-boxes, no video games at all, no 150 channels on cable, no video movies or DVDs, no surround-sound or CDs, no cell phones, no personal computers, no Internet or chat rooms........
WE HAD FRIENDS and we went outside and found them!

We fell out of trees, got cut, broke bones and teeth and there were no lawsuits from these accidents.

We ate worms and mud pies made from dirt, and the worms did not live in us forever.

We were given BB guns for our 10th birthdays, made up games with sticks and tennis balls and, although we were told it would happen, we did not put out very many eyes.

We rode bikes or walked to a friend's house and knocked on the door or rang the bell, or just walked in and talked to them!

Little League had tryouts and not everyone made the team. Those who didn't had to learn to deal with disappointment. Imagine that!!

The idea of a parent bailing us out if we broke the law was unheard of. They actually sided with the law!

These generations have produced some of the best risk-takers, problem solvers and inventors ever!

The past 50 years have been an explosion of innovation and new ideas.
We had freedom, failure, success and responsibility, and we learned HOW TO DEAL WITH IT ALL!

Kind of makes you want to run through the
house with scissors, doesn't it?!

The quote of the month is by Jay Leno:
"With hurricanes, tornados, fires out of control, mud slides, flooding, severe thunderstorms tearing up the country from one end to another, and with the threat of bird flu and terrorist attacks, are we sure this is a good time to take God out of the Pledge of Allegiance?"

I really like a girl who is 25, and I am 19. I think she likes me, she will always talk to me, smile at me, laugh at my bad jokes, lean on me if we working together ect. The problem is the age thing. One minute she will say how immatutre she is for her age, how people never think she is as old as she then, but then will talk about how all of her friends are getting married or having kids, something that I am not at an age for. Is a seven year gap too big? Is she the one worried about the age gap. Because I am not (I am not incredibly mature but have life goals and plans and do not act like an idiot btw)

I'm 25 and have been seeing this guy for 9 months. In the beginning he wanted a relationship but I wasn't ready. He always told me how I was the best thing ever to happen to him and he wanted take me home for Thanksgiving to his parent's house. I wasn't ready for that step at the time-we'd only been together a few months. All he wanted was to be with me.
For awhile now, I've been ready to be committed with him but he says that he doesn't have time for a relationship.
I now only see him maybe 4 times a month because he works 50 hours a week and goes to school. However, when I see him, he still talks about how he wants me to meet his parents, and how he tells his mom all about me. He said he understands that I'm upset that he can't give me more time, but he just doesn't have it...but it would kill him to lose me.
He seems to have time for about everything else but me. I'm understanding of his work but 4 times a month? What's up with the change?

when your relationship ends do you really want to know who he/she was cheating with or how many times and who else knew about it?

Do you really want to know how many people he/she has been with in the past?

Do you really want to know if he/she ever tried to tak to anybody else you know or think your friend(s) is cute?

Do you really want to know if he/she was with somebody during your brief break up or fight?

Do you really want to know if he/she is faithful?

What is really interesting is that i know more than a few people who do not want to know the answer to the last one.

How about you?

I really like this guy, and i am pretty sure he likes me too. He is always comming over to a mutual friends house when he knows I am there. And he flirts a lot, and he told his bff that he thought I looked really good. What should I do to get him to just ask me out. Should I back off, or continue to flirt with him... what?

When I went out for drinks with my collegues last month, I ended up with having a romantic relationship with one of my collegue, but after about a month, he gradually stop calling me outside work, so I asked him what was wrong, and he told me that he felt something was wrong with us, that he felt things don't click in our relationship. I kind of felt the same way, but I figured that it was because we only have dated for about a month. We decided to stop seeing each other outside work, but I still like him. Should I overcome him or can I still like him?

My husband neglected me for 10 months on and off. I'm now to the point where I'm past hurt and I'm sick and tired of it. I brought it to his attention several times, he always promises to change but doesn't. Then he finally tells me that he doesn't have to take care of my needs that I can't afford because I am grown. Now that I want to leave, he gets my name tattooed on his arm and is going around crying and begging me back. I feel bad that he feels this way but I need to leave because I can see through his begging. He may truly be hurt but I know for a fact that he is not going to change. How can I help him get over me?

I'm a female and I'm 21 already, but so far I haven't found a lover yet. Any tips on where I could go to find a special somebody? Don't tell me to go look on a dating site or anything please. I don't believe in online dating. Thanks.

after over a year and half, my boyfriend and i are going through a rough time right now. he's middle eastern and i'm.. well *white* to him (greek&polish). about the 3rd or 4th month he and i were going out he told me we could never get married due to his family wanting him to be with a middle eastern (chaldean) girl. it's now a long time after this and everyone, even his sister (whom i'm close with), keeps asking him when we're going to get married, and he says no, or not now in response.. half the time i'm right there when he responds. we're in our early 20s and i'm not rushing or anything but i guess i'm just concerned about the problems we are going through at the moment, i feel he's lost interest but he's not breaking up with me. his sister tells me he loves me a lot but if that's the case, why isnt he giving me any sense of secruity with our relationship? i dont want to be with him any longer for it to end up with us not married. i am very much in love with him. what do i do?

he hasnt told your spouse about it and neither have you. (you can't unless he won't sign) but if u refuse to then it would mean that all the investments made and future profits would be lost!
just wondering...

My grandmother does not have a will and never made one out because she raised me as her own daughter and it was understood that I would inherit her furniture and heirlooms (We live in an apartment, so there's not very much, only a nice bedroom set and dining room.) I am 20 years old and have taken care of her the last several years without any support from my almost non-existent mother. Recently my grandmother has developed symptoms of Alzheimer's. I do not know how much time she has before she has no mind of her own. My mother has just expressed interest in my grandmother's belongs, things my grandmother has already given to me (like paintings) that just happen to still be in her apartment because I live with her.

If my grandmother dies, or has to go into a nursing home, is there any law that can stop my mother from just coming in and taking all the furniture (like I said, there's not that much, and it's of sentimental value, not neccesarily financial) , paintings, and even my personal family photos and heirlooms that my grandmother gave me as a child?

It's not that I'm being selfish by not offering to give my mother anything. It's just that there isn't much here to give. It's all stuff that I'm going to need for my apartment. Plus, I don't see why my mother should be entitled to anything, as she doesn't even speak to my grandmother, and has NEVER helped me care for her, even though her medical needs demand much of my time and energy. Heck, my mother didn't even raise me. So, if anyone has any advice, please share it with me. I wouldn't put it pass my mom to take me to court just for meaness, but I'm willing to give it my all to fight her on this one.
