I really like this guy, and i am pretty sure he likes me too. He is always comming over to a mutual friends house when he knows I am there. And he flirts a lot, and he told his bff that he thought I looked really good. What should I do to get him to just ask me out. Should I back off, or continue to flirt with him... what?

If he doesn't have the backbone to ask you out even though you are flirting with him and giving him positive signals, I don't think there's much more you can do. He may and he may not "grow some."

When I was dating I was always most attracted to women that showed interest at first, then would back off, then show interest again. It made it a challenge and sometimes I found I was attracted to women I normally wouldn't be interested in had they not flipped back and forth. I would ask them what's the deal and they would say something like "Oh, I've just been stressed out lately," which might have been true, but it made me feel better knowing it wasn't me, and it made me more interested in having a relationship. Lol yeah I agree, girls asking guys out isn't weird. It takes stress off guys, especially if their shy. Sure, your friends might laugh or something, but who has to know in the first place who asked who out? If nobody says anythign different, they'll asume he did, anyway.
