Absolutely not! What this guy is doing is a form of extortion. Your husband does not need clients like this. And if he loses a deal because this guy refuses to sign, and your hubby finds out why, he would probably agree (at least, he had better for the sake of your marriage!) If he doesn't agree and thinks you should have caved to this con man, then you don't need hubby, either. Even if the guy does sign without getting to you, you KNOW you can't trust that he won't pull some similar stunt in the future. Just say NO!

OK... OMG... What a situation! I would be inclined to tell my spouse right away. Maybe doing business with this guy is not worth anything... especially speeping with him. On the other hand, if you're attracted to him, it may be a win-win situation. The client may be testing you, your marriage, or your spouse. The client may just want to be with you, and that's the end of it. You could tell your spouse, or your could have a secret. Either way, it is one hell of a situation. If it were me, knowing what I know now, after being married, and divorced... always doing what was right for the marriage... I'd go for it. I think IF you want... you should go sleep with the creep... get yours!

Heck no. If your going to sign a deal, it had better be up and up, no legal blackmailing, or extortion is acceptable.

Bring a lawyer, then tell the spouse what is going on and the choices you have been given.

Without informing the "prospective client", see if you can figure out a way to get him to put his foot in his mouth.

No way-you should have gone to your husband not Yahoo. Money isn't everything, you need some self respect if you are even entertaining the idea...and you need to really take a good look at your marriage if you're here instead discussing this with your husband.

do you want to sleep with the client? You must be entertaining the thought to even consider it. You have to ask yourself, which do I want to do? Lose the money and keep my marriage vows, or, sleep with him, get the money and maybe enjoy it. Good luck on your decision.
