the best way to tell someone you love you are moving to fast is getting stright to the point. he will understand if he loves you in return.

just go at your own pace. if he makes a big deal about it tell him you arent ready for that much. if he gets pissed then too bad. if he really cared he wouldnt just think for himself

Just let him know what you are and aren't comfortable with.
If he cares about you, he will listen and understand and go with what makes you feel comfortable.
