Well dude its simple in yet complicated at the same time. The worst ways to ask some one out and or telling them you like them is sending it in a text or a lot of other ways. You need to confront this special girl and tell her. You have nothing to lose and so much to gain. In a little advice try and get her alone not with a bunch of her friends. just form personal experience. Best of luck.

Get straight to the point. Pull them on the side and have a talk with them. Tell him /her that you like him/her. There is no easy way. Being forward is the only way.

Well, i'm a girl. I would really like it if they just told me. Don't be shy about it. Just let them know you have feelings for them and tell them how great you think they are, it usually works for me anyways.

Please just say it; you can tell if a girl likes you. Just tell her, straight up, you like her. Make sure she doesn't have a boyfriend though! And if she says no, who cares? It's her loss. :)
