He ask me to sign devorce paper,and a clean break ( mean we are not goin to sue each other ) I had just sign both.Then he told me that he don't want to devorce now and he will not post it off to the judge but give our married a chance and see how it go becuase he stil love me.My question is '' I have just sign most stupid thing I have ever done and we still living together is that mean I just carried on paid the mortgage and bills ( both in his name ) after I alredy know that I will not receive anything ? Or take a risk and hope that we are going to be happy forever ? '' All my family and friends are happy to heared that but they are concerned about why he would like me to sign the clean break thing ? and then ask me to stay married? But his family say that we shouldn't be together I ask him, did his parent know that I alredy sign everything he ask me to do but he the one who change his mind ? he said '' No'' he just told them he still thinking about it.

Honey, I hink he is just sing you to pay those bills. If you two stay married then you name needs to be on that mortgage and those bills. Since your name is on nothing he can put you out at any time and move someone else in. Be smart.

What Im getting here is, by signing this paper you just gave him complete control over you anytime he wants to use it. You basically agreed to forfeit all your rights to anything in the event of a divorce. You dont have much of a choice except to take a risk and make your marriage work otherwise you stand a good chance of losing everything nd gaining nothing. You can always mae the defense that you had no idea of what you were signing, that he forced you under duress to sign it. Despite whatever damage is already done, if he asks you to sign anything else tell him youre going to think about it, then contact legal aid for free advice and tke it to them. You my never be able to undo the damage already done so no ned to worry about it til something happens as you can change it now. Good luck
