He still loves you very much, and he can't just simply let it go, really. How will you feel if someone you suppose to be with leaves all of sudden? Put yourself into his shoes, try to understand from his perspective. Next time when he call you, you need to tell him you need some space to think about it. I don't think you really know what you want at this point. Why not talk to him once a week, and let thing cool down for a while. If by then, you still think you don't love him any more, tell him directly. Be nice to each other, there is no need to get police involved. You guys loved each other, and that love shouldn't turn into hatrates. Maybe he is just childish, it is not a easy for anyone going through this, so try to understand him first. DON'T GET POLICE INVLOVED unless you feel being threatened. He just want you back.

Oh golly- What can you possibly do? A helpless woman. This has to be a joke. Even an old fart like me could handle this easily. Try changing your phone number. Try telling him to quit calling. Get a restraining order. Get caller ID, and don't answer his calls. You say you've had enough of police- Possibly part of the down and down was jail time for hubby? If so, he's on probation, and you can write or call his PO. File your OWN divorce papers- I doubt there's a lot of community property to split. Or, just sit and whine. Your life, your choice.

Contact your local legal aid assoc fo a free attorney if you cant afford one, then file for the divorce yourself. You can get a restraining order against him for your protection in the meantime. It sounds like that for whatever reason he wants or must remain married to you so hes noot going to move on so you need to do it first. You can always contact the local authorities if you feel your life is threatened and contact the phone company and tell him that hes using it to harass or threaten you. There are also alot of woman help groups out there that will help you if you contact them first so the help begins with you making the first step. Good luck

Sounds like he still loves you and wants to find a way to make it work. Or maybe he's just afraid to be alone.

He is co-dependent, contact legal aid and work on that divorce.
