I would say if they look like the MS. Olympia competitors then most men are not into that, but if they look like the MS. Fitness competitors, then I would say yes

A strong, fit woman is really sexy. But if she starts being so muscular that she looks like a man, it starts to get a bit much.
Some muscle bulge is good, but if you start having veins popping and look like Arnold back in the day fewer men will find it attractive.

Chalk me up in the "yes" column. Toned or soft can also be attractive. But give me a cute face and pretty smile, and the body type doesn't matter so much. ;-)
