I have caught my husband in many lies over the 7 1/2 years we have been together. The latest was when his ex-girlfriend called, and he lied about who she was, he says because we were already arguing. When she called I sat there (acting oblivious), and he looked like he had something caught in his throat, when he told her that he was "sitting here with my wife and kids". should I believe him that he is not interested in her since he told her that?

I'm finding it difficult to separate the two now. At first it was play, but as time goes on...it's difficult separating. I have recently moved to US. So am not an US citizen. I met this girl in one of the local pubs and there is some chemistry going on between us. We kissed and did some petting. We both know that the relationship as short term. Am ready to have sex with her. But am just wondering what are the implications if I get her pregnant. In case she gives birth to my baby, can she legally sue me if we later end this relationship and not get married? I mean, do I need to pay some alimony for raising the child?

me and my husband got in a big fight today over the fact of doing things for my mom who is verry tight on money right now and he seems to flip out anytime I want to do things for her such as take he out to dinner and such( she seprated from my father now and is going though a hard time) anyways we got in a fight about it saying that he doesent do things for his mom so he should not have to do things for my mom. I told him he is welcome to do things for his mom. then after fighting about this for awaile I sad fine let have a money limet like spend no more then 20 bucks(witch is verry little) on her a month and he fliped out on me. saying that just becuse my dad is not here for her that he does not have to take the place of him. witch im just doing it to be kind me and my mom had a ruff time growing up. then he say well his mom doesent have money eather. Anyways am I wong for wanting to do stuff for my mother? and how do I deal with this?

They drink all day long and his dad can say nasty things when he is really drunk. They are very good at hiding the fact they are intoxicated, but people who know them well can tell. My mum recently had a big argument with his mum about gossiping about me behind my back wen she was drunk and since then I am very reluctant to go over to their house, they will not visit us because it means they can't drink if they drive. Is it wrong to deny my daughter of spending time with her grandparents?

Okay my hubby and I have only been married for a year and a half. He is in the army an is currently overseas. My sister in law is going on 19 and was seeing a guy who is old enough to be her father. Anyway, she called me today telling me that she needed to talk to me about something important. I call her back and we talked and then she has the nerve to say to me that she is going to move in with me. She didnt even ask me if it was okay. She just assumes that she is going to move in. and then after that she has the nerve to ask me if she could borrow $20.

I am sorry, but she is 19. I think it is about time she got herself a job. She graduates from highschool supposedly in 2-3 weeks.

I dont want her moving in w/me because I am trying to take care of my own life. I have enough stress dealing with my husband being gone and having to care for my animals and such. And my sister in law is one of those type who live off of other people to get by in life. Help me! Am I a bad person?

So, I've been married for 7 years. It’s been rocky since the beginning, but we've been stubborn enough to get though the rough patches. Now, we're separated, but still married (due to work - I'm now in another state for at least the next 6 months, make it home every other weekend). She's pulling away from me again, this time; I think I should let her go.

We have no kids, she's not pregnant (she can't get pregnant - medical reasons), and she's done this before. Usually, I pull us back together, but now that I've lived on my own again for the first time in 10 years, I'm wondering if it’s worth it. If she wants to pull away, why don't I let her go?

There's no one else for me out there, I'm not having an affair (don't think she is), so it’s not about running into open arms.
