i believe older men are wiser to the realities in life but you must trust your heart. Age shouldn't have any ramifications if you're truly at peace with your relationship.

So who's worried about the age difference? If you love each other then get married. If you don't trust each other by now then maybe you shouldn't get married. Honestly I think he should be more worried about the trust issue as you are younger then him. There is a 12 year age gap between my husband and I (me being older) and we trust each other completely. Not only that but his friends have big mouths & that helps too!(LOL). Honestly I think you would be ok to marry the man.

I am 33 and my Husband is 66. It works well for us. We are a team and have a great family and life together. We are 10 years strong with lots more ahead of us. Age is a number. It is the mental age that counts. Provided they are over 21. ;)
We love and trust one another, we compliment each other in everything we do. We have the following rule:
Would we say it in front of the other person?
How would we act if the other person was here?
Would they approve?
Follow those three rule with whomever you are partners with and bliss will follow you. :)

I was faced with the same issues about a year and a half ago. With older men you face the whole set in their ways thing, and alot of times they will not budge. In the long run it seems like it will never work, but guess what.............the effort you put towards it will make the difference. I married my older man and am very happily married. If you love him, then don't let you brain override your heart. Good luck to you.

Am man is a man, doesn't matter if he is 18 or 65 he can still cheat. You sound like you're going to be a trophy wife, I mean you're 20 years younger then him...not that it won't work out but it is a risk.

A lot of older men have sown all of their wild oats. More so than young men. I would think that he would be more able and ready to settle down. I would trust them more.

at risk how?? --- of being cheated on?? --- it all depends on the individual some young guys would never cheat and some older guys could never be faithful --- if you dont know him well enough to answer the question yourself --- delay any commitment until you can answer it --- best wishes

you never know if someone is trust worthy no matter what age they are. If you love him then don't worry about it.
