Hello All. I have and share custody of 1 four year old son with an ex wife. We were divorced several years ago. We have split custody of him and she has physical custody of the boy as he resides with her most days. I have him several days during the week and he sleeps over on every-other weekend. She has a second child from someone from a previous relationship and is also split form that father. My question is that every year she takes the child tax credit for our son. She ends up getting a huge tax return every year…even though I pay a large amount in child support every paycheck. I end up having to pay taxes every year and make less then she does for a job-income. I was told that this was not legal and I could get a tax decree from the State which would make us share the tax credit as she would get it one year then myself the next…. Does anyone know about this and what I can do??

I am friends with this guy and I am in love with him. no one could ever make me feel the way he does. I was talking to him on the phone last night we talked from 12:00 to 2:00 in the morning. and he wanted me to come up to his house and i told him i didnt have the gas. but what would we do this late. he said what ever you want. And of course you no what we ended up talking about. and i said "what about your girlfriend" and he said "she doesnt have to no." then he mentioned me going to his house tonight around 11:00 or 12:00. He said whats your exsuse going to be tomorrow. i said i may not have an excuse. i might just be there. He says he works during the day and the reason why he cant come down here during the night is he doesn't have a vehicle. I no if i dont go i will regret it. but if i do go how is that going to make me look. I need some advise. What do i do? We are both adults and are able to make our on decisions.

my brother tried to take his own life yesterday...he is going thorugh a bitter, bitter divorce. so..he walked in front of a heavy goods lorry and was hit at full speed and his body is shattered...his injuries are so bad...and i just wondered if anybody out there can tell me how to cope with it...

i dont drink alcohol..but tonight i have had some wine and everyone has gone from the house and i dont know what to do..and i know that somewhere out there are people on yahoo that have gone through what i am going through...how do you cope...what do i do now...my brother is such a lovely man, but a broken man and he is on a ventilator now and my heart is broken...thank you so much for listening

Say you were going out with somebody that you didn't think you would fall in love with, it just happened. And you never in your life thought love was real. So as you're going out this person there are somewhat relationship problems and the person didn't know you were talkin to people but not talkin to them like that just messin with their heads. Are you the one to blame for the break up even though the other person did stuff too. I need some advice HELP ME PLEASE!! And let me remind you you're still in love with this person.

All of us are of Asian origin & immigrated here to the U.S. I was raised up here & been here for 22 yrs. Husband & his family been here 17 yrs. We married when I was 19 & have been together 10yrs.
At the beginning of 2006, MIL said she wanted to stop working & could no longer afford her mortgage. Husband wanted MIL, FIL, and little SIL to come live with us. I was hugely against this but promised to give it a try becuz husband really wanted it. Before my baby, everyone was busy working and we got along only civilly in the same house.
MIL quit her job after my baby was born and set her heart on babysitting. The problem is I plan to be a SAHM. Soon I had issues with her hogging my newborn baby, taking him to her room and closing the door, napping with him, trying to act like a 3rd parent, giving unsolicited advice, invading my privacy. We got into a fight & MIL returned to work and moved out. SIL called me out on this & that I was unfit to be DH's wife and a bad mother. WWYD?

really, like WTF? when people are in love, they are all gushy and emotional and all, but if you were to take a step back and just observe, it's so pathetic. I just have casual sex with some of my girlfriends, withoiut all of the emotionally attatched fuss. Dosn't "love" eventually fade over time anyway? (like when the girl starts to look old).

I found out later that he had decided that he broke up with her, without actually telling her they broke up. He was already sleeping with me, when she thought they would get back together and would call him all the time.

Say for instance if a man is away from his family for months at a time, is it possible to manipulate them into sleeping with you...having a sexual affair with you....whatever it is you may want? Is it possible to make them actually question their happiness in life and/or marriage even if they have told you that they are happily married. This girl worked with him at his job everyday for 10 months? Just curious. How do these women break up marriages that seemed perfect beforehand? I know it takes two, and it is the married man that is cheating, but can they actually be manipulated into doing something?

You know I am a tough woman, always ready to conquer the challenges of life daily, for some reason I am starting to just crumble, like I am lonely, and for once I really want someone to ease the pain I have been feeling about so many things, I dont fail at anything but now, I feel like I have so much stuff on my plate. I am so structured in my life, and I am letting certain things slip through my fingers without making a fist (men, job, family and such). I feel so like I had it all, and now I am trying to find some good in everything but I cant, I never allow my self to be vulnerable sometimes we need to be how do I take down some bricks and realize that Love it there and goals are there and that being hard to people will change when I become a more gentle spirit, maybe I need for spirituality but how do I give up this hard senselss attitude and allow love into my life, a little confusing to read but please try to understand the best way you know how, have you been through it.God Bless

i used to enjoy this with my bf...but we have been thru so much BS that my feelings have changed... since having my last child.. i am not interested in doing it at all...the thought is not at all apealling any more. i wonder if its my hormones .. or is it that i just lost all interest in my guy? i have no interest in sex at all. dont want it ..dont want to give it... HELP!! how do i get over these feelings...will i get over it.

please dont say to see a doctor because she says there isnt anything they can give me...it just takes time after having a kid..but its been over 7 months now.

also...boyfriend has cheated in the past ... i think that may be a part of it too.

last night i went to a stripp club. When i got there this one girl came up to me and said hi. After that she was looking at me the whole time she was on stage. now ever when i was far from the stage the whole night she keeped smiling at me. After two hours i got a lap dance from her. it was my first lap dance and man it was cool. but then after our time was up she keep talking to me. the club was now closed and we're still talking. she was telling me how cute i was and asking me what my full name was and where i live and work. I am little confuse, is this normal for a stripper to act. also the thing was i was not tipping as much as the other people at the table were some guys were tipping five dollars at a time but she still gave me the most attention. it was just weird that she asked me those questions. Do i have a chance with this girl. She was saying i was the cute and a gentle man. and said she feels like she made a new friend.

Okay my best friend ill call her kelly is dating my cousin for almost 3 yrs now and she desperatly in love with him she wants to marry him he wants to wait till the graduate college it been causing drama all year.It recently came to my attention from another friend of mine who is her roomate and a reliable source that kelly has stopped taking her birth control pills,using oil as a lub to try weaken condoms?, and has an ovulation test kit in hopes to get pregnant?

Only reason i have not said anything is because i think its a phase like the one she went through in highschool and i dont think using oil as a lube can really weaken a condom but i am concerned she might go to further lengths?
