How can I improve my relationship with my dad?

He is a lawyer in NYC. He is remarried to a women who is Catholic. My dad and my mom are both Jewish. Please no comments about me not being accepting of other religions because I don't like her. I do like her it is my brothers and the rest of my family who are upset with my dad and his new wife.

I'm confused........If e/one else is UNaccepting, and you are NOT, then why do you feel the need to improve your relationship with him???
