My dad asked how much the reception was. I told him $ per person and drinks were additional. He offered to pay for the reception but not for the drinks. I know the only reason he isnt paying for the drinks is because 1) He doesnt drink. and 2) My mom has a drinking problem. My dad is bringing his gf and probably doesnt want any drama. How do I tell everyone that they have to pay for their own drinks? Is that rude? Should I just pay for it myself? My mom is paying for everything else. And I kinda spent the rest of the wedding money already.

Okay, my best friend is someone I look up to a great deal. But, she has been cheating on her boyfriend with a 23-year-old nasty guy. Her boyfriend is one of my friends so I feel like I should do something you know?? I tried talking to her but she won't listen. I don't understand why she would cheat on him, he's a decent guy! Every time I say something she gets mad at me but I can't let it go on...she's playing him. I don't believe in cheating, and I think not stopping it means I am saying it's okay.

By the way...she's 17
He's 23!!!!
Gross.......

My husband was physically abusive to me and often yelled at our one year old daughter. My parents lived in MI and said that if I needed to that I could go out to Mi for a visit to clear my head. I decided to leave -before- he started to beat the crap out of me. I never called the police because I always felt like his hitting me was my fault... stupid? yeah... but I was 18/19. Now he has filed for custody. Threw it at me out of the blue. Friday I as served with papers and had to be back in CA TODAY for the court hearing. I had to go in with no lawyer. Fortuantly the judge granted tempary physical custody to me but said that I have to live in CA until the next court hearing---next monday. I need a lawyer. I need one -now-. But I have absolutly no money. My husband hasn't been supporting my daughter and I, which is fine since I left him, but he didn't let me work when we were together either. So if anyone knows of a lawyer who would let me make payments or is VERY low cost PLEASE tell me.

is it worth it to not be with anyone else untill i see him, causing us both pain, and always wanting and missing each other, or should i just leave it here and pick it up when he gets here?? im sooo entireley confused right now, i dunno what to do, i mean i love him, and he claims to love me, but i dunno if itll ever work for sure.

I'm a 24 year old virgin. Yes, by choice. No, I'm not ugly. No, it's not a religious thing. It's been a moral choice to not be a "friend w/benefits" or "one night stand" and most of the guys I have dated, I wanted to wait to make sure our relationships were more than just sex (but none of my relationships made it over 6 months, and most likely for that reason at least for one of them)

Anyway, I am seriously considering just meeting some random good looking guy, and sleeping w/him. Just to get the whole mountain out of the way. Then a friend suggested I sell my virginity on ebay. But I dont think that is legal? What do you guys think about all this? And do you know if it is legal? :)

This lady and I have been talking for about a year or so. She is a single mother who lives about 5 hours away from me, so I am delicate situation. She came down last year by herself for the weekend, and I pretty much told her that she needs to consider the situation at hand. We spoke of what the future may hold if things continued on, she didn't like that because she told me that, "I am not sure if we even have the chemistry or the love at this point for you and I to take this further." So the trip ended short, she went back to her home, and we really didn't speak to much after that. About a month or so ago, she and I started to talk again, and here in the next two weeks, she is coming back down here to find out if she even likes me. Now, she is 25, and I am 22, and I really like this girl, but my mind is telling me a bunch of things that are bothering me inside. I am just wondering - is this worth it? Should I even bother with this? I just don't know what to do.

Ok..so my friend girlfriend is just mean. Like, she is rude to me and her boyfriend's family. She acts like she is this amazing person...but in reality she has done nothing but lie to all of us over and over. Her stories change when told to different people. Its really annoying. On top of that. She stuffs her bra. Like..BAD..and she is 16 years old. My friend is 18 and we are all over 18. We want her to finally understand that we are older than her and have more life experience and other problems other than Drama.
What should we do? He is living with her and her family who treats him like crap too. Ugh..its so annoying. And we just want to help him..but its almost like he is a zombie these days.
What should we do? We really wanna call her out on her lies and the fact that she is immature enough to stuff her bra. Seriously..who does that anymore?? lol

Here's more.

She is a very pretty and sexy lady of 38 years old. She is very playful around our son and seems to favor him. We have talked to her but I would never approach her and say "Mrs. White, our son has the hots for you so would please push him away if he comes on to you". It is a tough position because I cannot tell her anything at this time nor have I seen any indication that anything is going on. He is always where he is supposed to be.

What concerns me is what seems like an epidemic in America with these female teachers sleeping with teen boys. So with no crime committed, what do I do? Do I sit back and hope our son does not move strongly toward her and she accepts his advances. We have talked to him but he is still smitten by her. She is married but dresses very sexy, she is not a conservative woman. His mother and I are very open minded and even we have a problem with this because of his age.

What would you do?

Hi thanks for reading my question I am 55 and love my wife to bits, our sex life is pretty poor (may be my fault I am not sure) As a male we are given at birth a strong sex drive! At my age the sex drive is still strong but my wife is indifference to my instincts. I would love to get that feeling that we had when we were younger. What is the recipe? Can you help? Should I try the excitement of an affair?

Help!!! In July of 2005, the duplex my boyfriend and I, along with our two small children, were renting caught fire. We were in the dwelling when it caught fire. I was cooking in the kitchen, my b/f in the living room watching T.V. (he was disabled at the time, if that matters), my youngest baby asleep, and my 2 year old son was playing.
I started to smell something burning while I was cooking, and at first, assumed it was the food. Then, my 2 year old son runs into the kitchen, pointing franticaly at my bedroom. I looked in that direction, and the room was lit up. I ran in there and saw my closet going up in 8 ft. flames. There was a hot water heater in this closet, if that matters. I called my b/f, he came in, we tried to beat the flames out with pillows (we were panicked) for maybe a minute. We saw that wasn't working, So, I ran out of the room, grabbed my 2 babies, and ran out of the house and to a neighbor's. Told them to call 911 fast! My b/f ran out less than a minute later,

I'm aware of my mother's controlling tendencies which I think stem from her upbringing being based around a 9-5 existence from ages 16-65 yet I work freelance never any two days the same. Also, my girlfriend split from her husband 7 months ago and whilst I recognise the validity of her comments, I wonder if she's focusing on this in order to avoid issues in her failed mariage. Comments and guidance are most welcome.

I was originally planning to have a white gown and a bouquet of calla lillies, which are my favorite flower. However, the dress i fell in love with and purchased is in a color called "light gold" which is basically an ivory thats a tad darker than traditional ivory. I still really want white callas. Also the guys will have ivory shirts and white mini calla bouteniers, and the flower girls will have ivory dresses and possibly a posy of mini callas. The lady at the flower shop told me they'd look fine but she may have just been trying to make a sale. What do you think, would white flowers and ivory clothing look odd? Also, should the ring bearer then have an ivory pillow to match his shirt, or a white one to match the flowers? Would it look weird if he wore a white boutenier and carried an ivory pillow?

All the men who approach me are latin guys or italian guys. I am flattered but I just wonder how come black guys never approach me. All my previous boyfriends were hispanic and sicilian. They were very sweet to me.There was even this jamaican who came to me for his mexican friend. I am very open minded, but I just find it strange because I'm, 100% black. My parents of course, don't want me to date outside of my race.

I am a 23 year old black female my boyfriend is a 35 year white male and he can not stand black people. He has asked me to marry him and has told his whole family about our plans to marry. his father doesn't mind but his mother can't stand the idea and his brother really hasn't said much on the subject. the problem is he doesn't want our families at the wedding. he just wants a few of our close friends. every time i try to talk about our families getting to know each other he changes the subject or simplely walks away. i don't know what to do. i want to spend the rest of my life with this man and have children of our own but at what cost? i want our children to know their family and to know were they come from.

Hiya. I am a 25 year old man who asked a 32 year old lady out on Friday night in her town to go for somthing to eat and to go to the cinema. Not sure what we are going to watch yet. The problem is i have not had many outing with women and What do i do on the second date to show her I am intrested in her. The word date is not used so not sure if she sees it as a date, she wants to go out friday with me and we had a good day out at a gallery 3 weeks ago, few awkward silences as shes shy and quiet.

I feel i have to kick start convos and do lots of work but hopfully she will overcome the barrier i know shes shy because shes in my college class and know her nature. ok with girls but shy with boys. Do i give her a kiss at the end of the night? walk her home? make good eye contact? 1st day out (3 weeks ago) i kissed her on the cheek and that was it. Do i bring into conversation that I like her? shes in my class at college and on placements with me so i cannot mess her around thanks :)
