ok so i met this guy over the net and am madly in love with him, except i wont be able to see him for almost 9 months,
is it worth it to not be with anyone else untill i see him, causing us both pain, and always wanting and missing each other, or should i just leave it here and pick it up when he gets here?? im sooo entireley confused right now, i dunno what to do, i mean i love him, and he claims to love me, but i dunno if itll ever work for sure.

How can you possibly love someone you really don't know.? To be completely and honestly in love with someone there has to be more than a few phone calls or chats on the computer. You have no idea if he has told you the complete truth about himself, or what you are really getting into. He could be a great guy, but to stop living your life because of some illusion you have about someone you don't know is actually not a good idea. Keep chatting to the guy, but don't close yourself off from those closer to home either.

There are many people out there who do this. You can never be for sure whether any relationship is going to work for sure. Only you can answer the question...is it worth it? If you really are truly in love with him then yes it would be worth it. However, it is important to know how he feels in this situation. There is nothing wrong with taking time to get to know each other. If it's meant to be it will be.

You have to be careful because who knows what kind of person he really is? So when you met him, do it in a public place. Until then, look for signs for any unusual things he's saying.

OH most definitly not. what is the reason u have to wait so long? Is he in jail or something? Move on and find someone u can be with that u dont have to wait for.

you really need to meet him before you fall in love. it took me several months before i knew i was in love with my girlfriend. (hence the name kenkel). try meeting him and if things work out thats great. but dont expect internet dating to really make you happy. good luck!
