i always see girls cussing them out when they try to holler at them i dont think their that bad looking and they are the nicest guys in the world

Probably because the Somali guys in question are engaged in "hollering" at an American woman. I can give you two facts. Please do the addition yourself.
1) I am an American woman.
2) I do not respond in any way to being "hollered" at. Except in rare circumstances I would respond by calling the police.

First, Its not acceptable in America to holler at anyone. I never hear of that tradition. Anyway, tell them not to holler and maybe the girls wont holler.
Second, 90% of single woman aren't nice to any guys. Something happened back in the early 90's that woman are stuck up and unfriendly.

Okay, first - guys shouldn't "holler at" anybody. It's not done that way.
I'm sure Somalians get plenty of P, you just gotta do it RIGHT. You gotta look nice, smell nice, act nice, and be interesting - you gotta be worth it.

I don't think it has anything to do with your nationality.. u probably have low self esteem.. maybe u need to work on that and strat treating girls with respect

It might be the fact that Somalia is war-torn and impoverished. This can have a bearing on the citizens' personalities and overall condition.
