Yesterday I posted a question regarding my father speaking badly about me. Well, today I went to speak with the life insurance guy about life insurance and low and behold guess who had been in there talking about me not even an hour before I got there?!!!! My father!!!!! I have had it. My husband and I own a business which includes our last name in it and this is only destroying our business image that my husband has worked so hard to make successful. I don't want to sue him for money, I think that is stupid. But is there some type of court order ordering him to stop talking to others about me? I don't want this jerk to ruin our business b/c he wants everyone to feel sorry for him.

He hates one of my old guy friends who i was never intimate with, and forced me to end my friendship because of this hate. I was rebellious because i didn't want him telling me what to do. He deleted all of my pictures of my old friend and deleted his number from my phone book, yet a month ago i found the number in his phone, in case of a situation like this, he said. I copied the number into my phone and hid it...well he found it and was pissed. i haven't talked to this guy in at least 5 months but he won't believe me. this is about the 4th fight we have had over my old friend and we about called it quits over this one. I would break up with him but he keeps telling me he will become depressed and start failing in college and work and makes me feel like it will be my fault. the only way i can gain his trust back he says is if i get a copy of all of my phone records so he can see, and its near impossible for me to do that. any suggestions on what i can do will be much appreciated

I still use my maiden name. I've been married for 3 and half yrs now ...my legal last name is my married name... does anyone still use they maiden name?

Ok here's the deal: I'm a 20 year old girl she is 32, we were classmates last semester but we're still good friends. She invited me to her bridal shower and as far as I know some kind of gift is offered in this occasion but I'm not sure what exactly. I'm Muslum and foreign and she's an American Christian, what should I offer her ( something usual to her culture and religion) I mean what do you guys usually give to women for their wedding

My husbands son from a previous marriage has revently moved in with us. He is 16 and before now he only came over maybe once a month for a couple of days and we all have always got along well. But now I have become the disciplinarian and I have found out that at his old school he had gotten suspended, had ISS, or was wrote up 13 times this year so far and am trying to get him to stay in school and out of trouble. My husband will not make him mind and my husband works out of town mon-fri and doesn't have to deal with day to day problems. We are arguing more and more. What should I do. My husband is threatening to move out and go live where he works at all week which is in another state.

My girlfriends and I were at lunch and the subject of sex came up. Tracey met a guy, there was instant chemistry, they text messeged each other all the time, spoke on the phone a lot, then one night they had sex. She said it was great. He kept calling out her name, moaning, kissing her, etc.
After that night, Tracey never heard from the guy again. He wouldn't return phone calls or text messages.
So her question was, why would a guy give her so much attention, then never call her again?

I live with my girlfriend, who has an adorable daughter, for over 3 years. During the first 2 years we have been working in the same company together until i started my own business over a year ago. She still works in the same company and recently moved to a new account where the male gender covers 80% of the population in that account. She recently (Like 5 months ago) started going on overtime on a daily basis mostly 2-3hours a day.Our schedule has not been cooperative too.When Im at home she is not, when she is home I am not. We have been also arguing, before she tells me she going out with her "co-workers". And lastly because of her "overtimes" I end up taking care of her kid most of the time. On the other hand she still shows affection to me, and I have this reputation of being jealous because by ex-girl before my recent cheated on me 3 times during our 4 yr relationship. What shld I do to divert my attention or get piece of mind.Am I a loser, for just taking it in w/o a complaint?

ok, so our pastor's daughter is 19 and getting married in june next year (she'll be 20) but ill only be 15. her older sister is the maid of honor, but she lives pretty far away and won't be here very often, so me and her oldest sister (who's mid twenties) will be the only bridesmaids there for most of this. because the brides gonna be in college she'll need our help more right? what am i going to be expected to do and what can i do, seeing as im only 15?

A girl who I work with threatened me today and told me she'd kick me in the b**** if I touched the back of her neck (she has a funny reaction when you do it.) Anyway she said this to me but a bunch of other guys do it to her all the time ( in fact a few times today) and she just thinks it's funny. She literally flipped out on me. I had rhinoplasty (nose surgery) 4 years before going out with him. I never thought to mention it since I didn't think he had to know or that I needed to even tell him since it's my own private business. However, a mutual friend of ours that knew me from way back mentioned that my nose looked different to him and he asked me so I told him the truth. Now he's upset that I never told him myself and he is wondering if I'm hiding anything else from my past. This is completely unfair since plastic surgery is a sensitive issue and I don't want to feel attacked for this. Also, he has no right to be paranoid that I might be lying about other things. Is it ok for a girl to burn like one scented candle at her house if you come over? I'm asking this question because my sister just got dumped by her boyfriend that she had been dating for 8 weeks because he thought scented candles were "uncool".
