he asked me out a day before his birthday, which i didn't know happened. i have like a week to get him a present, and my guyfriends say a watch, but i'd like something more imaginative. please helP!!!!

how do you have a week to get him a present if he asked you out a day b4 his bday? Anyway..........Since he is new get him something like a CD, or music card for his Ipod, or gift certificate. nothing too personal.

If you don't already know find out what he's into. Does he like a sport or is he into snow mobiles or motor cycles, does he play a guitar. Get him something he likes or that has to do with what he likes. Take as an example if he likes motor cycles you cann't buy a motor cycle but you can get a T-Shirt with a picture of a motor cycle on it. Don't spend to much on a gift for him unless he has already spent money on you. Most important get him something that he can use and you cann't because that shows you got the gift for him and not because of what you can get out of the gift. It'll make you look that much better to him. Take for instants if you bought him colonge he would think is this a gift for me or a gift she bought for herself because she'll like the way I smell if I wear it. SO definitly get him something you would get nothing out of other then to see he's happy because he has it to use and enjoy.

start off small then get something bigger as your relation ship grows, you dont want to get him something HUGE cuz then when u want to get something else for him, it wasnt as big as the first one. my suggestion, jus make him a nice bday card
