(wel, i'm 17 tomorrow, heh) he's 17 too.

there's a guy i've liked forever! he's really nice. yesterday he kissed me! then he asked me out. we'd got talking and i'd say we talked striaght for 6 hours.....i really really really like him

then today, his friend comes up to me and is like, "lucy, you better be careful, that one has a gf!!!." it sounded like he was joking by the way he said it but could he mean it or was he jus messing around.

though......i don't want to get hurt.

Hello, I'm 23 and surprisingly mature for my age. I am very career conscious and am trying to build a nice future and life. My girlfriend, who I have been with for 8 months now, is 21 and seems to be irresponsible. Ive noticed it all along but it seems to be getting to me more now. I can definately see her as someone I would like to be with for the rest of my life if certain things are changed....
-She is habitually late. This really bothers me.
-She is currently in college and does not take it seriously at all. College is very important to me. She has been there for four years and still does not know what she wants to do. She has talked about "taking a year off" which I interpret as "Im not going back."
-She lives at home with her parents and is pretty disrespectful to them. She lives with three younger sisters which can't possibly help.

There are other things as well but these are the main ones. I love her very much, am I overreacting? Should I give her time to be young?

Just because the man will be rich and your family poor, so by forcing her into that marriage will it solve all your problems or you will be creating more to your family.

I have a friend who often makes remarks that could be considered rude, and when you call him on it, he always says "I'm just joking!". It happens A LOT.
He corrects my grammar (which, I have to say is seldom wrong). Also he often agrees to participate in things then later b*tches about it. It's as if he purposely (and unconciously?) sets up situations so that he can complain later. Again when you call him on it, such as saying "why did you go then, if you didn't want to?" etc. he says "I'm kidding!" It is obvious he is not. He frequently corrects people and nit-picks. And it doesn't matter who it is...figures that you'd normally respect such as your grandparents or parents (including his own)....makes no difference.
Is this classic passive-aggressive or what? How did you handle it? Our relationship is such that I have no choice but to deal with him all of the time, so I need some tips. Please help before I snap! I really don't want to. Thanks.

If my husband doesn't shovel the snow am I responsible to do it? Also If I do everything in the house and take care of the two babies all day, cook, clean and everything else needed for the family, and he just goes to work, should I make his lunch or should he be responsible to make his own lunch?

I went on a date with the most amazing guy ever, we chatted all night and there were no awkward silences, he even asked me if he could kiss me at the end of the night rather than just going ahead and doing it I clearly said yes and the kiss was amazing. He msn'd me the morning after the minute he logged in but hasn't asked me out on a another date. Does he fancy me and should I just ask him out or leave it for him to ask.

Why bother asking a question about ettiquette?

They dont really care if they look tacky or not, they find the one person who tells them what they want to hear and run with that, even though 25 other posts say its in really poor tatse. Why did they even bother asking if they truly arent interested in the answer?

Am I the only one this annoys?

My husband and I have been having problems for more than 5 months now. Things have improved since then but he still doesnt touch me and the fact that we live in different cities doesnt help either. But. it seems like he is trying. I have been pursueing him all along and made my love very clear to him. I want him to want me and that hasnt happened to me, yet.

So, I'm changing tactics and acting cool and letting him make the calls to me and being casual. Dont know how long I can keep this up. But do you think it could work?

Okay so my mom pissed me off yesterday by taking my phone just because I SCREAMED AT HER because she wouldn't say PLEASE turn your phone down! So now I just won't talk to her I have nothing to do with my mom anymore! To tell the truth I'm a 100% Grade A Daddy's girl! None of that goes to my mom! She says she shows appreiciation for others and is caring ya right to who her imaginary friends and Kyra(baby sister) I'm just venting sorry I kept this bottled up all night long! So what do you think? Honesty people no lame jokes to be funny! I'm like almost crying so I need your feedback!

when I defend myself against his painful insults. I actually respond in a challenging way, to ask for the basis of his insult. But he just says "I've had enough of your backtalk". I just always thought it was a reference made regarding child-parent relationships, and not adult. What do you think?

... I'm still in school and meeting her tomorrow in school. It's an internet school with an actual campus, so I first met her in an online course. Then we met eachother in person. We've been talking and we both like eachother. The only thing I am afraid of is... I have been giving other guys advice not to have a girlfriend until they get out of school, but I'm not one to take my own advice. What to do now? Any suggestions?

What do you do when you want nothing to do with your wife's family. They are all self-centered, opinionated, petty and vindictive. They gossip endlessly, they are morbid and depressive. What can I do? I want to get my wife away from them, because they drag her down and make her life miserable. Help please

Also i'm not sure but i think she knows that i like her.I don't have a problem with going to Africa. Is it still a good idea?

Hiya, well my problem is this, I recently met a guy on the internet through dating ads. We emailed each other and had lots of things to talk about and had so much in common, so we decided to exchange numbers. When I met him in person he was very unattractive but was great laugh, nice guy and I just couldn't believe how much we had in common. Well I went to his place and we played around but I felt really turned off by his appearance and to be honest I felt dirty. Nothing to do with the sex but i couldn't belive I was doing it with him. A lot of people are gonna say im shallow but you have to be physically attractive to the guy as well as personality and if we did have a relationship (he is very willing) which I want a lot of people would tell me that I could do soooooo much better, but the thing is he is such a great guy.
