my wife and i were starting to drift apart over the years dont get me wrong we had good times but we fought a little and grew a little distant. She hooked up with an old friend online and they started talking. we got into a fight one night and she told him that and he moved in for the kill he played on our fight and got her to trust him. she was going back home for a vacation to visit friends and he went there to see her well one thing led to another and she stayed with him she told me he just held her that night but the next morning put the moves on and she went along with it and screwed him.one night on a long talk we had she told me it was horriable he was over weight and gross and had a small you know what and she really messed up her life by doing what she did.
me and my wife are trying to work things out ive realized my lack of attention to her as well as many other things and she to is working on the things i want
any advise on how to get past this?

My husband passed away, less than a month ago, and I'm sometimes wondering how to find a purpose in life anymore. I'm sure that this must be part of the grieving process...but it's tough to go thru. I'm a Christian, and I know I'll see him again.
I have had so much support from family, friends and neighbors, and I appreciate it all very much and it helps. They call, invite me out, and ask if they can do anything to help. It really brings out the wonderful side in people.
If you have been thru the loss of a loved one, how have you coped with the pain, in your day to day life? What helps? How did you start making a life for yourself?
If you are a Christian, did your faith help you? ( It helps me alot; don't know what I'd do without it)
If you have suggestions on how to get thru each day, I'd love to know..Thanks.

Too often I hear a story about a person in a relationship doing something 'naughty' with someone outside of the relationship. Then the person cheated on starts attacking the person who is outside of the relationship? While the person who actually cheated get's off scot free. Should the innocent person who was not in a commited relationship at the time bear any responsability? Why?

A woman I thought was my friend has once again brought me down. She has this power that makes me feel very insecure. I went up to her at the gym and just said that she didn't need to call me back, I found the answer to my question. I had called her earlier in the day, and she did not answer, I also didn't leave a message, but thought she may have checked her caller ID. I said that I knew how busy she was and she didn't need to call me back. Then I went and worked out. The next night a social gathering, she jumped out at me with what was that comment for at the gym. I really didn't know what she was talking about. She said that she and the other lady thought I was really rude and very weird for interupting them. She kept saying that I was really strange for talking to her. This is a woman I speak with most every day. Now she sees me at school events and walks right by. I am so affraid of her now...and very sad. Please help

I'm loving a girl in my class. I started having this feeling a year ago.

We were quite close friends last year, before she noticed that I actually love her. Then, she started avoiding me, I could feel that she didn't want to talk to me. Luckily when she got really sick, I had a good opportunity to draw a picture for her and give her some comfort and made her really happy.

After summer holiday, we met again. I can see that she isnt avoiding me now. But not close friends anymore. I have heard from my friend that she liked someone in our class. Evidence show that it wasn't me but another guy.

So if you were me, would you move on? Investing time on a girl who doesn't really love you? I really love her, but she makes me upset when she gets close with that guy...

yeah....it sounds really stupid....

there was this guy in the library the other day, we kept looking up a eachother and stuff. he is sooo cute. then he got up, i thought he was going but he came over to me and had a note and it said text me. so i did and we got talking lots, he sounds nice. he asked me to go out today but i backed out cause i'm still not sure. i don't even know him, i doubt it but he could be sort odd....he asked me to go out tomorrow! should i go or not?

other thing is the age difference, i'd say he thinks i'm about 17, everyone tells me i don't look my age.

oh and before you all attack me....don't worry, i wouldn't do anything stupid.

I am going out with a guy who is a year younger than me (been together 6 months). his previous relationships (and ex wife) have all been considerably younger than him (up to 10 years younger) we are both in our mid 30's now.
He and I do not have a very good sex life at the moment as he has a lot of stress due to mid divorse and an ill parent and is not in the mood very often, but he when we are out I often see him looking at younger ladies, and he will often comment on how good they look etc. I am worried that he is not attracted to me in a sexual way as I am older (and bigger) than his previous ladies. he has told me he loves me and is happy he is with an older woman who is more his equal and that he has felt like a father figure in the past, but it is knocking my confidence in him with the lack of sex and his constant eyeing up of younger ladies :-(

went to a church meeting all they talked about was finances, no talk of Jesus, it was really boring, and someone saying what people are doing in the church. no one spoke afterwards. they used to have a soup kitchen which i worked in and enjoyed in but they locked all the doors on suday so people cannot come in. one bloke made a bit of noise, and all the elders got angry. i watched on the God channel a nun got hit but continued working in the soup kitchen. My friend gets angry as well. She says she is thinking of going somewhere else, we both complained about it

I have three children in which I had been separated from for three years as a result of an ugly divorce. In any case those were very crucial times in which I lost at the time when they were becoming teenagers. Although I know that they love me but somehow I don't feel the same about them anymore... Too much has happened some my fault, the Dad and life in general. I thought I wanted to be with them but now I have second thoughts... The youngest I care about most but I'm starting to loose interest slowly but surely with him I've notice... I'm skipping schedule visits, shortening time spent with him etc... The older of the two one in general has totally lost my love and faith in her but I still care! the other I just lost complete interest in her after Christmas. They are no longer the children I once knew and love prior to divorce! They have been spoiled rotten by the in-laws and Dad amongst others to the point where they snub their noses at those less fortunant than themselves.

When a man gets an erection in their presence or when you are mutually flirting?

It has been a few months since I told her my feeling (which she said just want to be friends). Indeed, I love her and I can't visualise my life without her! It is absolutely beyond physical beauty that I admire in her. It is something deeper - personality and heart. My emotions toward this matter is just like a tide - sometimes I feel I should still slowly grab her heart while sometimes I am afraid that she might have someone else in her heart and hence I should forget her. Moreover, I am pretty shy in front of her and she also does not talk that much.. It is a dilemma for me. I really love her and I.. But, it really hurts me when I recall that day she 'rejected' me and when I visualise her choosing someone who does not deserve her.. If you were me, what would you do and why?

p.s. is there any chance of replied love? do we have to undergo this kind of things?

I always thought girls were just naturally romantic? I have been dating this girl for over 6 months. We love each other but I am always doing the "little" romantic things for her, like flowers, writing a llove letter, surprising her with phone calls sayin I miss her and love her, etc. BUT, I rarely get any in return,,she does always say how much she loves me,,, but I need a little romance too!! What can I do?

HI..^_^

I've never had the chance to have a relationship or proper friendship bcus of unexplainable reasons.

I am a person, who respects girls. Who thinks that girls are a piece of treasure............charming,gentle, wise and helpfull, sacrificing and giving, understanding and humble, naughty and nice, sweet and sour, jewels......( my idea of my true love maybe?..^_^) And I still think so.

But sometimes I have heard of the fact that girls can be real real jerks sometimes. They can completely make a man hero to zero. They can ruin a person's life. Completely insane and thoughtless.

Is it true?

Are all my sweet preconceptions about girls........a bare naked lie??

pls help this completley confused, yet thoughtful and mature teen..

i am splitting from my lt partner, who i no longer love. We cannot seem to come up with a mutual agreement re the house we jointly own (UK) both our names on the mortgage.
Unfortunately i have come to the point where i cannot live under the same roof as her anymore and need to leave, will this jeopardize my finances re the house (both names on the mortgage). I think we will have to sell it and split the profit. i just cannot live there anymore and this is dragging on and dragging on.

We took his 8 year old to a birthday party and they assumed i must be his older daughter... What gives... We get along great.. I do not realize the age difference.. I have a blast being with him.. I am 30 by the way... do you think it will effect our relationship.. because of comments we are getting from others? Isn't a relationship more about the people liking each other than the age difference?
