of course, if is in the right circumstances such as in a bar etc... and there is flirting going on!

It's usually difficult to notice it, I think most guys have figured out techniques for managing it.
Personally, if I noticed a friend or colleague with an erection I would never assume that it was related to me. Therefore I wouldn't be flattered. Who knows where the erection came from?
I would definitely be flattered if I knew that I had something to do with it... but a lot of other girls might get grossed out. And telling a friend that you've thought of her when you're jerking off is definitely going too far.

It’s flattering when you are both flirting, but it’s a huge turn off when it’s just out of the blue.
