went to a church meeting all they talked about was finances, no talk of Jesus, it was really boring, and someone saying what people are doing in the church. no one spoke afterwards. they used to have a soup kitchen which i worked in and enjoyed in but they locked all the doors on suday so people cannot come in. one bloke made a bit of noise, and all the elders got angry. i watched on the God channel a nun got hit but continued working in the soup kitchen. My friend gets angry as well. She says she is thinking of going somewhere else, we both complained about it

If your not happy with activies at your church? meeting the best why to resolve any problems is to take the responsabilty for it yourself. Speak to the vicar, priest etc. and ask them if you can take 10-20 minutes in the meeting to lead the discussion about Jesus. If he is too concerned with finances (which can be worying) he may be grateful for you trying to share his burden, rather then complaining about it.
