I can't stand quite a few of my boyfriend's friends. They're self-centered and unfriendly. I try to initiate conversation with them and they basically ignore me and focus on my boyfriend. One of them is his former boss, who pretty much has a man-crush on him. He's fascinated by him.The other is a girl who dated his former boss' brother-in-law. She is obsessed with my boyfriend along with this other girl who used to "date" (she said they went out a couple of times) my boyfriend. None of them have reciprocated my efforts to be friendly to them or even polite. His closest girl friend invites him out with her all the time without inviting me. It's really annoying and it really bothers me.
I've told my boyfriend that I don't particularly care for some of his former boss' mannerisms and attitudes on certain things and it came as sort of a surprise to my boyfriend.
How do I cope with this other than just talk to him and is there any way to do it tactfully to not drag him into the middle?

...he told me that he dreamt that I was pregnant and in fact showing. In the dream, my mom knew about the baby and I came out of my room, very depressed and he was happy. In fact, he said he kissed my belly in the dream. I understand it is a dream, but why would he dream this and tell me about it afterward. Help me out here, it is kid of scaring me.

It's gotten complicated. I have a best friend (male) and we're closest friends as you can get without it being more. I've been thinking about it for a while n i've decided i'd like it to be more than a friendship.
We had a lot of drunken flirting at new year, but nothing happened from it. One minute he's hugging me, is all over me and i think he wants it to be more than a friendship too. Yet, the next minute he's treating me like we're just friends and nothing more and he couldn't care less about me - what do you all reckon - does he like me as more than a friend or not?
I don't know whether to say anything about my feelings or not - i mean, it would put our friendship at risk - and that does mean the world to me.

Wife: Make dinner for family (2 young daughters, me, her), Give the kids a bath every night and dress them for bed, clean bathrooms, do her own and kid's laundry.

Me: Do all the dishes every day, do all the vacuuming, dusting, clean kitchen, get breakfast ready for kids, do my own laundry, and any outside chores (lawn, weed-eating, etc).

This has happened on more than one occassion but, Lets just say that your husband/boyfriend was beating you up and I stepped in and pounded the crap out of him. Would you be screaming what I typically hear when this happens, "Don't hurt him!!! Don't hurt him!!!!" Or, would you just let me beat him up?? Would you thank me? I am just really curious on why most women that this has happened to in my presence when I step in they typically don't want me to hurt their husband/boyfriend. How would you react???

UGH! I HATE Mary.
Who is Mary?
She's my mother, that's who she is.
I hate my dad the same amount but he's not important now.

Well, I've had to take her crap every day.
Every day for fourteen years.
Today was the end of the line.

I had a project to do.
I leave it for a moment.
I come back, she's doing it.
She says, "whats your problem im doing all the work."
I didn't even ask for help!
I finish it
she tells me im too dumb, it wont work
IT WORKS

she's like "yea, watever." and gets into the usual
"i hate you"
"you were a mistake"
"why cant you be like jane and sam (my siblings) they're so much better than you are"
"you're a f#$%king idiot."
etcetera.

and then she calls my dad and whines that i said those things
my dad calls me a liar cause i said she was being reverse
and i hate them both
this is every day for me
i cant take it anymore
what can i do?!

My boyfriend got really pissed off on Saturday night. I called on his entry phone at 4am while I was out with a GIRLfriend. I just missed him... the club we were heading to is down his flat, my frien and I were a bit drunk and my boyfriend was sick at home and hand't seen him since the day before, when I was at his looking after him. But he got so mad at me and hung up. I tried to call him at home because he lost his cellular at Christmas when we were in Barcelona... Today haven't phoned, but this morning I wrote him an email saying I'm so sorry and I miss him. My friends have told me to be patient, now he's angry and he's really stubborn... but i'm so worried now. Should I try and call him for example tomorrow evening... or should I wait? Please, I need advice.

Last week I proposed whether I should cheat on my girlfriend this past weekend with a past "fling" who was in town.

Many of you were kind enough to answer my question so I thought I would give you an update.

Well I met up with this past "fling" and she was lookin pretty tempting, and as I mentioned last week she was making herself available for me.

Much to my surprise I didn't really cheat on my girlfriend. We just made out for old times sake, but when it came to having sex with her the thoughts of my girlfriend prevented me from engaging.

So does that still count as cheating?

I have tried everything to get away from a stalker, but she keeps finding me and my fiancee everywhere. She tracked him down when he was bringing lunch to me @ work one day. She has found his ebay & has been contacting him on that. She has come to our home yelling derrogatories in the street. She has now been tracking my e-mail & my answers on this thing. (None of what I said or asked was wrong, she's just psychotic) I took her to court for a restraining order, but did not have enough of the evidence with me & she admitted to coming to our house. She and my fiancee have been over for almost a year now (and it was 4 months after they parted that he & I got together) & she just can't accept that it's OVER. If anyone has any suggestions, let me know. She'll be reading them too... But as it sits, this will be my last post on here. Thanks for all your support!

i'm getting married in September and having my best friend, my flat mate, as my only bridesmaid. I haven't got anyone else close to me, i'm not particularly close to family so would only, by choice, have 1 bridesmaid. However, my mother is dead against this and is saying i have to have more than 1. Apparently i have alienated my family (even though me and my cousins have lived in different cities and grown apart over time, which i didn't think was all my fault) and that i should feel bad for not having any of my cousins as bridesmaids. Can anyone tell me what is so bad about just having 1 bridesmaid? Anyone i ask now would be purely to pacify Mum and not becos i want them. Also feel guilty cos she and my stepfather are funding almost the entirity of the wedding as we're getting wed sooner than we thought cos we have to move abroad, and it wont just be pennies. In a dilemma as don't want to offend Mum but don't want another BM just for the sake of having nicer photos!

because you'ld like to keep in touch and if a situation had you in the same city again you'ld like to pursue a relationship, but not tell them that part...just that you're attracted to them, and you like them, etc. and you hope you could hang out if you were ever in the same place again.

Both my husband and I are in the military. We've been married for a year now but only spent 4 weeks together. He'll finally be stationed with me as of Wednesday. Pregnancy question kinda lame but need input?

I had sex with a guy on Aug 2nd 2006 , I have had 6 regular periods since and even too a HPT in Sept 2006, I have not gained weight or felt sick.

Is it safe to quit worrying about being pregnant.

BTW I got a divorce in July and slept with a guy I know and I might be just having problems with my own self because I was with the same guy for 20 years till now. Also I had my tubes tied 18 years ago I really doubt I could get pregnant but want reassurance, so whats the deal am I starting to have a worrying problem or is this some kind of mid life, or a personal issue I have with myself beacuse of a divorce and being intimate with someone else after 20 years with the same man? Also is it pretty safe to say I am not pregnant?

My grandmother loved jewlery ,she always wore this one ring and the day she passed I grabbed the ring from her finger and wore it ever since.
Last weekend my husband and I rented at a hotel as a weekend get-away we drank so I was a little out of it, and something spilled on my finger so I took off the ring put it on the night stand to clean my hands... The following day I'm in the car and I grab the finger where the ring would usually be only to find it missing! My husband and I drive back to the Hotel but they said some one rented almost Immediatly after we left and no one has reported anything! I have not been able to stop crying I feel so irresponsible and shameful, the ring was not very expensive but it meant so much to me, and it kills me to think some other woman is wearing it without knowing its background!! What should I do? I cant just let it go. should I purchase a ring that reminds me of my grandmother and dedicate it to her or the impact she made in my life?

There is this guy that I sit behind in my Physics class and I decided earlier that I like him. When we have break times he will turn around and talk to me. Me and some friends went to his Basketball game for school and the next day he said that he saw me there. I was also working at a concession stand and he was leaving practice and stopped and talked to me for a minute. At a hockey game he kept turning around and (from my point of view) looking at me with his friends around. MORP/Sadie Hawkins is coming up and I dont know if I should ask him, I dont want to get shot down, thats the one thing I dont want. Do you think that these are signs that he likes me or no?
