I have tried everything to get away from a stalker, but she keeps finding me and my fiancee everywhere. She tracked him down when he was bringing lunch to me @ work one day. She has found his ebay & has been contacting him on that. She has come to our home yelling derrogatories in the street. She has now been tracking my e-mail & my answers on this thing. (None of what I said or asked was wrong, she's just psychotic) I took her to court for a restraining order, but did not have enough of the evidence with me & she admitted to coming to our house. She and my fiancee have been over for almost a year now (and it was 4 months after they parted that he & I got together) & she just can't accept that it's OVER. If anyone has any suggestions, let me know. She'll be reading them too... But as it sits, this will be my last post on here. Thanks for all your support!

Be proud of yourself for rising above her. You sound like a really nice calm person. Its a shame she is causing you and your partner such dismay. But you have already proved your relationship can survive her interference. Well done!

You need to start carrying around a video camera and voice recorder. Psycho b*tches can be very dangerous! Make sure everything you own or operate is locked up tight, you could even go so far as to just move, I know its a big thing, but sometimes running is the option.
My mother in law had to do that. Her stalker Ex husband almost killed her, and her fiance. And every time they come back here they have a problem with him.He has even gone over to where she lives now, but the whole thing went pow! and back fired on him, he wound up in jail. She has put many restraining orders on him, and those thing only get you hurt. The cops are never fast enough to get their when you need them.
Why is she so obsessed with you and YOURS? you would think people had more to do in their live than just bother people. Idiots , the lot of them.

you've probably already done this since you've been to court once, but start a journal just for her.
every time she comes to your home, note the time,date, and list a brief description. Get a neighbor in on it, too. call your neighbor from your house and have the neighbor look outside to verify it. you can have that neighbor serve as a witness or write short letter and have it notorized for the next time you attempt to file for a restraining order.
talk to a lawyer and see if you can file stalking charges against her -- some states have special laws about stalking someone through the internet.
unfortunately, it sounds like this lady is straight up crazy and i doubt that there is anything you can say to her to make her stop. but often times when someone with a badge steps in, people like that back off.
also, have you tried calling 311 to file a noise complaint? they might send over a squad car in your area which could help move her along for the time being.

Why would you let some nut job make you change anything you do??? Isn't that just giving in to her??? You can't be to upset about it if you went to court and then didn't even take what you need to have the restraining order done! What was that???? Besides, wouldn't your BF get the restraining order not you??? So what if she reads your questions and answers??? Don't allow her to make you change your life!

Good Luck! I have a similar thing going on with me and my husband. The ex wants the man I have b.c he is different with me than he was with her. He is better more loving and more resposible. She wants a tattoo now. In the same place as mine. WANTS US to take her to get it done. She had found her ways to take him before. Though that will never happen again Yet don't stop her from TRYING.
Again good luck as i need the same. She is jealous of me and my life she can't have. Seems to be your trouble too.

this person makes me sick. never give up on things you do. if you do that the person wins. if you did not have enough evidence then from now on keep a camera with you at all times even a recorder if you have one, if you don't it's worth getting one, that way you can use it in court or show the police. don't give up on the court system either you'll get your safety back!!! Try moving to another state.
I hope you will reconsider leaving Yahoo Answers. In my opinion, if you leave Y/A, you're just giving in to her and that makes her happy that she's getting to you that way. Hope you decide to stay here. If you do, you'll be letting her know she's not getting to you. Anyway, if your mind is made up, I wish you well and hope that this comes to an end soon.
