If she says sure then ask for her phone number. Thank her and give her a grin with a twinkle in your eye and immediately leave. Don't hang out she may have somewhere to go. Wait till the next day to call her, but don't wait days. She may think you are playing games.
She MAY have a bf or be in love w/someone else. So, don't take a no personally. At least you will know you gave it a shot and won't always be wondering, 'what if'.
Substitute coffee with lunch or whatever drink she drinks. Just don't make it dinner. The shorter amount of time the less awkward it is if you don't click. Unless she suggests dinner, that's different. Then she wants a date and you should make it dinner and a movie or something more impressive.
Also make sure her friends are not with her when you approach her. If they don't like you, you have NO chance. Good luck!
