I bought my dress, and I am in the process of losing weight, I know this sounds ambitious, but I want to know how many sizes a wedding gown can be altered down at most, so that I don't end up with needing a new dress!

Whats your take on internet dating? Have you tried it or know someone who has? And would you try it or have you tried it? What site(s) did you use or do you recomend.

***My SIL and Brother me on one and I have another couple who also met this way and are now married. I have tried it once or twice and gotten nowhere. I am wondering if its the sites I tried and/or the scene altogehter.

ive split up with partner who was violent and abusive towards me but it happened in front of our child social service were involed at one point and have but contacted again recently by the police as my ex is harrassing me they are not taking any actions at the moment, he is the father of the child could you tell me if hes has a good chance of getting access to the child as i dont trust him with her?

I have a wonderful husband. He is good to me and our children. He respects me and has shown me what it means to really be a good person. In the past there had always been a woman here and there calling the house and trying to get his attention. When it came to me, I was always treated with respect and loving kindness, and if I answered his phone when a woman called he would let me handle it however I wanted to. When I asked why they would call he claimed not to know. I chalked it all up thinking they were delusional. Years later we got married and still he is home on time answers all my calls, great provider , I truly want for nothing. Last year he embarked on a relationship with a woman at work. They mostly talked on the phone and indulged in fantasies together. They had a early dinner once and steamy episode in the car. I found out and I confronted him he stopped talking to her and she quit her job. I know he is remorseful and he has done all that I have asked. How do I move on?

i find that i'm very confident in a group of people of all different age-groups...but when im at college with all young people, i seem to withdraw into myself. i keep wondering why this is...maybe it's because young people are more beautiful so I feel inferior to my friends or maybe it's the level of conversation- it just doesn't suit me. what should I do? and what could be the reasons behind my behaviour?

I have had this friend and we've been like so close for two years now. She is so awsome and we used to hang out all the time and do lots of things together...but she has been struggling with a hidden issue of abuse when she was little. It seems like she has had problem with men and stuff like that, but lately she has seemed better. She had gotten counseling and medication for it. Sometimes though it still seems to be there, that fear of men, so she basically just dosen't like them at all. I really though love her as a friend, but my mom has a lot of suspicions of her. So I have stayed away from her for awhile, but she has talked to me again so she wants to get back together as friends. I don't know if I should, I want to help her, but my parents really don't want me to associate with her, regarding her problems...but I think I should help her should I?

I just found out that my friend has been on Crystal Meth While I came over to his house to visit... he had gotten so high that while ironing his clothes...The phone ringed & he put the iron up to his face instead of the phone and said "Hello".
He ended up burning the side of his face.... So I rushed to the cabinets to medicate the burns & I came back to see that he holding the iron onto to the other side of his face....I said " What The hell R U Doing?" and he replied " THEY GOT ME ON HOLD!"

There is a Futurama episode in which Fry wins Leela's heart with a simple note, "I love you Leela." Granted, the note was composed of about 50 stars, but that episode is an excellent example of my question. Is making a girl feel loved all it takes to get her to fall in love?

Ladies, is a stupendously grand gesture showing how truly and deeply a guy loves you enough to get you interested, even if it's a guy you never considered dating before... or even better, what if it's a guy you have actually rejected, or how about an ex?

If one of your good male friends kept asking you out and you kept rejecting him, then he somehow absolutely did the most amazing thing to show you how much he is madly, deeply and passionately in love with you, would you be impressed enough to consider going out on at least one date, or would you simply be freaked out?

So many people here answer this often asked question with a, "tell her." But is that REALLY a good solution, even here?
