So I am at my friends right and and they said that I could spend the night and but not my brother and sister should I go home or should I stay here even though my dad said that I could stay here?

If you have permission to be with your friends and you want to be with them-then stay.
If your sister is mad at you, call her and talk it out over the phone and try to clear up things. If you think it won't work over the phone, e-mail her or wait till you go back home to clear things up with her-unless you REALLY feel as if you should be at home.
Do whatever you wish though.

You know, some families are different than others. Do you have the type of relationship with your sister that the two of you do everything together and are best friends? If so, your sister is worth more than the friend you are with...but...having said that...one night is NOT going to kill your sister...she is probably not going to miss your companionship so much as she is going to be jealous of you. I really think you will be fine staying with your friend; just make sure you spend time with your sister when you get home and don't talk too much about the wonderful time you had and let her know you really value her a lot. She'll get over it.

your sister should probably know that you want to be with your friends sometimes. and she probably feels abandoned because you picked ur friends over her. if shes younger, explain to her that you will have time with her later/
