For men and women, doesn't it bother you when you have a friend, realative, or a new man our women who's insecure? It's seems to me when you hang around someone who's always looking and checking for something it becomes less fun to be around them(draining you).

i think a little insecurity is good. it shows that the person is is human. when it starts annoying me, is if the person i'm dating is so insecure that they assume i am cheating on them all the time.

Telling them to stop, ignoring them, or criticising them is only going to hurt their confidence even more! I know it's draining. You can tell them your feelings and give any advice you might have, but to ditch people when they aren't happy is WRONG. Would you divorce your husband/wife because they are feeling insecure about something that happened in their life? A true friend is there through thick and thin. Whatever you feel you can communicate about, do it. But don't make it worse for someone!

That is very TRUE. They act rediculous. Too much listening to friends. What happens to friends or what friends have heard is not neccessarilly gonna happen to you.

What you wanna do is tell then what you are feeling. And make it plain. Tell them that you don't like when they do that. It's not cool and it's not Cute. When you say the word cute . . . . . it doesn't sound so bad and for some reason . . .they get it!

And they seen to love causing / creating/fabricating scenarios that end up as problems of a non existant nature. But, deep down you know if you like that or not.

Insecurity is unattractive. Confidence draws people near, and makes it fun to be around someone who is confident in themselves. Sometimes, all an insecure person needs, is a friend, to help draw them from their shell.

I agree; but I still have insecure friends. Sometimes you have to set the example for them and just don't worry about what they are up to. If they have a good time, ok; if not, that's ok too. They just need a drink and some hot music to help them loosen up!!! Godloveya.
