there is this boy who is deeply in love with me!! and he always follow me in school and stare at me in class and he confessed like 13 times that he loves and i told him that i dont feel the same way but he wont leave me alone ....l he's freaking me out!! what should i do!!

That's harassment.
Tell a police officer, an adult at school or your parents.
You said no more than once and he needs to just accept that and back off.

He's stalking you, report him to your teacher or Principal, you need to stop what he is doing. That's what they are there for, besides teaching you, they are there to protect you.
