My husband's ex wife gave her parental rights to her son so he could get guardianship of his half siblings, when we went to court we won back custody of the kids. Since he lost does that mean she lost also?

She has nothing to do with this ... the Son is the only one you have to worry about in this case. Now that you have the half-siblings, the case should be settled.
When the Mom gave up her parental rights .. that is permanent.

Since she gave up parental rights, it does not matter what happened after that. She has no more parental rights whether you got the kids or her son did or they went to foster care or....you get the idea...
