guys need to dress nicely. If your going on a date wear nice jeans, not levi's, stylish from like Nordstroms or somewhere and get an honest opinion from a hot girl ... just ask her opinion... don't hit on her... just get the opinion. If your going grocery shopping don't just wear a t-shirt and shorts unless you have a smok'n body. Going to dinner, shave, shower, smell is important. Nice cologne ... always get opinions from women before actually spraying on yourself prior to a date. 'Hot' is a frame of mind..." You become what you think about most of the time". Success driven helps as well. Have a plan on where you want to be in the next 5 and 10 years... don't necessarily need to share details with the gal but she'll know you have your sh** together. Also hot guys are not to sparingly on the " your soooo beautiful" Notice the hot guys are never droooling all over themselves. Also STAND UP STRAIGHT!! That is a must and a definite give away that you are confident. Don't be an A** but be kind. and remember your manners. Hope that helps.

Grow your hair longer
Where jeans and a tee shirt
Get buff and show off your biceps
Don't act like you are trying to get them to think you are hot.
Give girls compliments and when you are around them, show off the hot parts of you.

I think guys like to see hot girls but they like to be with cute girls. The hot ones think highly of themselves and they are just stuck up, while a cute girl might be timid and modest.
