ok... me and my b/f love each other... and all... but in a couple months.. he is going on study abroad to Germany... i do love him... i believe... but i dont know if waiting is healthy thing to do... he will be gone for about 3 months...

I’m very attracted to a co-worker at the company I work for. I am 26 and he’s in his mid 30s and single. I’m about average in the looks department, but try to make the most of what I’ve got. I haven’t been this attracted to anyone in a long time. I’m not sure if he’s shy or not interested. I haven’t got a lot of experience so would be glad of some advice. He doesn’t talk to me much around the office. He gets flustered and edgy if I approach him to ask a question. One day I walked right up behind him and asked him a question and when he saw me he nearly had heart failure. I’ve tried to start conversations with him but he just nods or hardly responds. Yet at lunch he talks to others and seems loud, relaxed and chatty. On these occasions he will ignore me and will even look over my head. Recently at a farewell party for a co-worker, I noticed him nearby several times but he never joined the group I was talking with. A friend there said he was looking at me a lot when I had my back turned.

I met a wonderful chinese girl 2 years ago and she came to live with me in england, well she just cant master the language at all. Ive spent thousands on sending her to night school and do my best to help her but all she has learnt in 2 years are the words yes, no and cup of tea. Trying to communicate is a nightmare it just doesnt look like she will ever learn english and i must admit my chinese isnt very good either, but she came over here to learn the language but its just not happening, could this relationship work?

I repeatedly told the guy im dating that If he drank thats the end of our relationship. Im not a drinker myself. And he said he understood that I wanted a alcohol free relationship. However tonight... he decided to drink (his 1st time drinkin since we been together). He said he deserves one chance. I somewhat agree. However I thought he understood.... i stressed it enough. She wouldnt experiment and anal sounded interesting so i found someone wilder. I was at my apartment and she walked in on me and this little asian chick in the middle of some pretty sick stuff.(cuffs, anal and the girl as me and my girlfriend discovered, was a screamer) I wasnt serious about the girl, she just was really.... cute and she was just all over me. In my situation I truly believe that the female in my life has stronger feelings for me than her boyfriend. She keeps on hurting me deliberatly as if to make me say 'that's it fine, I'm off' she won't take charge and say this situation is hurting both of us, lets go seperate ways.
She's a difficult person, lots of emotions, she just pretends everything is ok and makes her mind believe what is right and not what is actually right.

My husbands sister lives in maine but will be moving down here closer to family after she graduates from college. She has 6 month left to go. THe thing is..shes 2 months preg, goes to school full time and works 3 part time jobs while her lazy husbadn to be has a part time job only. I think she realizes that he is a loser now but I need to know what the best way to help her is? I dont want her to feel like I am stepping in and taking over. She turned 20 recently, shes always been ahead of her class and super smart but with this guy she made a bad choice. She really still is a child even though shes about to graduate and have a baby. How can I help her out? What advice should I give her?
