I guess it all depends on how much you love each other and why they refused the first time...good luck

It depends upon her reasons. If she says she loves you but it's too soon, and you want to stick around a while, do so and ask her again in six or eight months. If, on the other hand, she says she likes being with you but isn't sure, it's likely that she doesn't love you enough to marry and you might want to move on. In any case, don't waste more than another year with her. These things can stretch out to years; during such time, you'll miss out on an opportunity to find the right girl. Think about it.

Depends on how she rejected you.

If she rejected you because she doesn't feel ready for marriage yet, then okay u can try again.

If she rejected you because she doesn't feel like she can spend the rest of her life with you, or she already is ready to move on, or she feels incompaitable with you, then don't bother trying again.

Usually a woman will only agree if she's mentally prepared to be married and really really feels that the man can give her security and lifelong happiness.

It is your right to try again. It is the other party's right to reject you.

Hope this helps. Good luck!

Johnny Cash and June Carter was one of the greatests love stories of our generation. John asked June countless times to marry him before she finally accepted. I say let your heart lead the way.

Mick Jagger spent twenty years asking Jerry Hall before she accepted. That may not be the best example though.
